“Hello - I am actually glaf to have been given this opportunity to give feedback. I bought a box of three pairs of Crown Joules trunks from you as a Christmas gift for my partner. They arrived in a poor state. The packaging itself was good - no complaints there - but the box chosen for dispatch was already battered and had very scuffed corners to begin with, so no amount of good packaging would have made a difference. I am not the sort of person to make a big deal of such things - it was jus a disappointing shame, and that's as far as I would go. I would think twice before ordering again. Kind regards, Emma”

“Items were dispatched very promptly, and arrived next day. I would have awarded a 4* rating, but the box arrived with just one piece of sellotape over the seal, which wasn't secure or suitable, considering the item value.”

“I was very impressed with the service. The item was delivered promptly and as advised. Unfortunately, the item did not fit and I returned it to the shop in Crickhowell on Saturday. The refund was processed by Monday morning.”
