“The order took awhile to come”

“Cannot fault Nicholls. Ordered a shirt on Next Day delivery, which Royal Mail failed to deliver, although I got confirmation of delivery. E mailed Nicholls as it was a Saturday and a refund for delivery was given with no problems first thing Monday. The shirt was beautifully packaged and wrapped in self named paper which was a nice touch. All round brilliant service.”

“I ordered a dress from Nicholls recently. I am returning it as it does not suit me. Only 3 stars as I would expect the returns label and slip to be completed would be enclosed with the package. It is not. This has meant having to ring their customer service and wait for them to send me the label and returns slip. My printer is not working. This would have saved a lot of hassle.”

“Despite several attempts the online service would not allow me to change my delivery details and so I was unable to make my purchase. Undeterred I phoned the company instead & was delighted with the service I received. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful & efficient & 48 hours later my parcel arrived safely. The human touch at Nicholls was excellent.”

“As a brand new customer, you are always a little unsure of the type of service you’ll receive, but ordering with Nicholls Online was easy and straightforward, and communication was great. My parcel arrived really quickly and it was clear, just from the little touch of wrapping the item in tissue paper, that this is a company that takes pride in what it does, and that cares about its customers. A very happy experience and I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Nicholls Online again in the future.”

“I was looking for a Masai jacket and located the item on Nicholls website. I am always reluctant to order anything online. Previous customer reviews looked great so I ordered the jacket. My parcel arrived 48 hours later through Royal Mail tracking service, beautiful packed. I would highly recommend and I will not hesitate in ordering future items. Thank you Nicholls ( 5 star service ) One happy customer!”

“Very straightforward as expected. Emails sent to advise about delivery. I bought here because they had the White Suff cardi in my size which I couldn't get at White Stuff! And it was cheaper, so thank you Nicholls Online. Cardi is lovely. Good size and colour. Quite thin but I expected that.”

“I have actually returned the shirt I bought from Nicholls Online. Not because there was anything wrong with it or poor service from Nicholls: it was just not the right colour. Nicholls Online offered the shirt at a good price and delivery was problem-free. Easy too to return purchases if not right for whatever reason.”
