“This is the first time I have bought a collectable bear. After spending much time online researching a) which bear to buy and b) which of the many outlets to buy it from, I eventually decided on Nicholls of Crickhowell. My decision was absolutely the right one - the bear came swiftly, wrapped beautifully and is of the very best quality. Excellent service and all round great value for money, I'll be back!”

“Visited your store recently on a trip to Wales and thought how impressive it was. A few days later I wanted to order a Barbour jacket I had seen in the store but couldn't get it from Barbour, thought of your shop and they had the item in stock. With great efficiency the item arrived, free of postage charge, a couple of days later. Very impressed”

“I ordered a Barbour hat by phone, and I was looked after by Becky who was extremely helpful and had an excellent telephone manner. The hat arrived very quickly (and was beautifully wrapped!), it was exactly what I wanted and fitted perfectly. I could not fault the service, which after having been sent the wrong item by another company, was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to shop with Nicholls again. Thank-you.”

“Ordering was easy, kept informed of progress throughout. told that delivery would be within a certain hour, very good. Only issue was that I had visited shop to ask for this particular article and was told it didn't seem to be available. Had made it clear that I had seen it online but shop staff unable to go onto system to check?”
