“I enclose a screenshot of my three previous purchases, none of which were ever dispatched and am struggling to come to terms with why I was singled out or discriminated against by a company of your magnitude, I initially purchased these trainers on the 18th of July with an estimated delivery date on my daughters 21st birthday on the 23 rd of July, The disappointment grew when I phoned up having not received any deliver updates only to be told the product had been returned by the courier, I was saddened but repurchased after being told the refund could take up to 8 days, I waited and still nothing on the 27th and 29th then I was told the courier was uncontactable and wasn't responding and that a new order would be made, I showed faith only to be further disappointed, I phoned Nike on multiple occasions requesting a manager or someone with some authority contact me and explain this unfair and painful experience I have needlessly have had to undergo, still nothing, still no response as I am not worth an explanation, suddenly and without warning on the 14th of August, almost 1 month after I ordered the trainers I got an email saying I'd been refunded, no explanation, apology or apology.

“i USED to buy exclusively Nike but not anymore. I purchased a pair of sandals on sale for about $28 directly from Nike. They did not fit Unfortunately so i went online to return and print the return label they provided. Much to my surprise when i went to the UPS store with the box and return label it was not a pre paid label i would have to pay $26.54 to return them! What a crock of ...... that is! I would have paid twice as much for a pair of shoes that did not fir. So i told the UPS gal just put a free sticky note on them or toss them!!! Never a Nike customer ever again.”

I would not recommend Nike. It was very difficult to get service. Finally after 3 days of trying and being put on hold for over 40 minutes, and having it disconnected several times, I got service.
I am surprised such a big company, with an online presence, has such bad service.
I have not purchases my shoes, and will not!”
“As a 47 year old who’s been wearing Jordan’s since 10 with over 60 pairs of Jordan shoes alone I’m disgusted with how hard it is to get a pair now when I use to get them in the sales section of most shops but with the way Nike is run now is an absolute shambles… I won a pair of £180 Jordan’s which said we’re being delivered but after a week or so never arrived Nike apologised and told me I was lucky there still had my size and sent a pair which arrived next day then a week later I ordered £300 worth of Jordan clothes again after a week didn’t arrive I called Nike and was told they would look into it… another week passes and I get a call saying I will get a refund in 9 days time ?? So you keeped my money for 3 weeks sold out all of the items I bought over 2 weeks ago absolute joke!!! Congratulations my family are happy that’s the last time I’ll be buying anything from Nike again after 37 years and the woman on the phone finishes with sorry we lost your order twice in a month is there anything else I can do for you today? “Still haven't received my Nike SB Zoom Blazer Mid Premium shoe on April 6th. As per the Nike website, it was supposed to be delivered by the 19th of April. however, I received an email stating that delivery has been delayed by 10 days, i.e., 29th April. With this mail, they provided me a coupon of 20% discount on my next purchase, which is definitely happening after this case. It is 1st of May today and the track your order tab on their website still shows last updated status as "arrived destination region/ country" on 8th of April. I was supposed to wear those shows at an event which has now passed.
Didn't expect such service from Nike at all. Worst experience!”

“Outraged. Trainers arrived stained with glue in several places. Laces were sticky and stained with glue as well. Shocking, considering I've spent £65 on a pair of trainers. Spent an hour on the chat to try and exchange rather than having a refund, was told to go into nearest library to print out a label and then send it back. Why can't you email QR code where post office scans it and make it simpler for the customers? Not my fault I received damaged goods. I am cancelling my account with Nike and will be ordering from other suppliers.”

I order some air max on 9th April, i received an email on the 12th to ay they had been delivered with a photo attached of them being left sat on top of communal bins, not in the bin or put somewhere safe just sat on top of the bin in clear sight for anyone, shock horror that when i get home the parcel wasn't there! (not like it was left in plane view of the whole main road!) reported this to nike who agreed it was left on top of a bin and would investigate, over a week later still no shoes and still no response from nike! it is there responsibility for their delivery companies incompetence yet i am the one suffering having to chase them everyday and not have my items!! i will never use them again i would rather go through a 3rd party at least they have customer service skills!!”
