“Walked in to post some packages at Nisa M335JS and got rudely and intimidatingly approached by a large member of staff saying that I need to get out if I don’t have a mask, such terrible customer service! During these unsettling times the last thing you need is staff members who are meant to serve you treating you so impolitely and unpleasantly. After asking why a lady in front was not wearing a mask I got shouted at saying ‘that’s none of your business’ when attempting to complain to the manager she took the staff members side. Such a let down from Nisa and I feel intimidated to return.”
“Love Nisa Nunhead! Buzzing shop with friendly staff. To those that ‘moan’ about prices, get real! this is a ‘convenience’ store, I don’t mind paying more for something on my doorstep that is open from 7am until 2am.
That I am able to display posters for local community events speaks volumes about the positive attitude of the staff who have always most courteous towards me.”
“NISA LOCAL NUNHEAD. The previous staff at the Nisa Local were friendly and respectful, some of the new staff are disrespectful and rude to many locals in the Nunhead, London store. We no longer shop there after witnessing their bad attitude towards their customers.”
“The old staff were lovely. The old owner treated everyone so so nicely and was a real part of the community would stop and talk to us all. The new lot who own it are rude, abrupt and constantly stuck up. Their manners suck and most people who live locally on chilcott road, Cortlands drive etc go to the other local corner shops just to avoid them. They are so so so rude. Honestly been boycotting them since multiple encounters”
“Nisa local is a very very good shop! It is very close to home therefore very convenient. Staff are incredible, nice and hard working. Food is great with cheap prices and a great selection. I recommend their cheeses, they are grate.”
