“My shoes should of came in within 7 days latest it’s now been 12 and they still aren’t here. This is very disappointing and I pointed it out to the company and they did not care at all nor did nothing to help me. I love this brand but won’t be buying again due to this as I needed them that’s why I clicked the shipping I did.”
“I have ordered from Nobull many times with no issues, but my latest order took a very long time to ship. I kept getting emails saying not to worry and they were just backed up, the order is still on the way. Fine. 2 weeks later only part of the order has shipped. I waited for it to arrive to make sure the other items weren’t somehow included, and then I contacted customer service to inquire on the other items. They say my order had been cancelled due to warehouse issues. Ok… so why wasn’t I immediately informed that it was cancelled? Why did it take me contacting customer service to find this out?? When I complained that this is not fair to cancel my order and keep my money without informing me, they did not care. Seems like they were hoping I wouldn’t notice the items didn’t ship and they could keep my money without providing the products.”
“These people are such a scammers! Selling product that they even don’t have in stock holding your money for over a month without a good customer service to let you know what’s the real situation! Such a mess!”
“Bought 2 floral shoes at full price and talking 150-200 a pair, finally they had a sale. so I ordered 3 pairs. and have waited over 12 days andonly to get a text saying cancelled order refund coming. if you pay full price they will make and back order them for you, so if on sale just out of luck no product. they are pretty with floral designs, but very uncomfortable and not worth 150-200 for a look with foot pain. Again will not buy unless a great sale. So the 50% off is a gimmick . No shoes available for that price .
Offered 10% off after complaining. what a joke the shoes I want are 200 I am not paying 180 for a shoes that is pretty. no store to try on, just chances, Do not buy, the customer service did not apologize for not even cancel the order, only after I complained did they so sorry. Do not buy go find another store and try on unless you have a lot of money to throw away.”
“🚨DO NOT ORDER!!! 🚨
Attention everyone, I need to share my terrible experience with Nobull 😠 On 10/22, I ordered shoes as a birthday gift, paying extra for expedited shipping (2-4 days). Shockingly, they arrived on 11/2, way beyond the promised window.
As if that wasn’t enough, the shoes didn’t fit. I urgently reordered a size down on 11/2, opting for expedited shipping again. It’s been nearly a month, and no updates or second pair of shoes. 😤
I formally expressed my concerns to them on 11/25, demanding a full refund for both orders and canceling the pending one. This ordeal is not only inconvenient but disrespectful to paying customers expecting reliable service. 🚫
I’m sharing this to alert others. Be cautious if you’re considering shopping with them. #CustomerExperience #Warning #NoBullService 🚫”
“Never will I ever spend another dime at No Bull.
When a customer makes a purchase and the company lowers the price of the product before it even ships (within 2 days) but refuses to honor the lower price for the customer... that's a major customer respect fail.
Then argue with the customer for 2 days through the chat customer service tool? Ultimately wasting the customer's time with pointless excuses about how their policy is not to match their own price or make good on their PUBLISHED promotions? Bottomline, you stiff them out of $100?
Insulting.
Keep the shoes. I want my full refund back. Nike recently made an innocent mistake, and I merely CALLED to ask for help in getting what I ordered shipped out in time for a special event. Not only did the Nike rep OFFER to ship the fastest method at no cost to me, Nike AUTOMATICALLY made the adjustment to the lower price the shoes had gone down to. I did not even know they went down in price. I didn't even have to ask.
What a contrast in experiences.
I'll be using my No Bull refund at Nike.com.”
“Terrible customer service, no response to several emails over the course of weeks, and phone number is out of service. Do not purchase from this company.”
“Really poor customer service. I ordered several items on their sale back in early October. For weeks, there was no shipping notice or update. I emailed them and the automated response was a message indicating that ‘ if you are emailing about the shipping delay, don’t worry, we will get your stuff to you’…. Several weeks later, I followed up and asked for my order to be cancelled. Magically, two days later a portion of my order was mailed - but several items were suddenly “out of stock”. And by the way, the price of their shorts and flimsy t shirts are outrageous.”
“CAN'T exchange/ Refund, even it says Free Exchange
Before you read my story, I just want to let you know that their Free exchange/ refund is a Trap.
I ordered a pink Men's Turf Trainer. My shoe size is 9 with all other brands. So I order a size 9. However, when I tried it on, it is tight. So I tried to exchange it online. They decline my request because they said I bought the shoes during their promotion. As you can see under every item in their online store, under "Shipping & Returns" it clearly says as long as you purchased on their website and delivered within the US, they offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days. Even you click into that extension link "Returns & Exchange Policy", No where said you can't exchange or return if you purchase during a promotion period.
During my conversation with them, they sent me a link to a page that said they DON'T Refund and Exchange any discounted item. But the MOST Frustrating thing is after I read that page that they sent me, I LOOKED THROUGH pages after pages on their own website, there is no way that you can get to that same page which mentions that there is NO refund or exchange that they sent me.
I digged in deeper, I checked every sigle email that they sent me related to this order. The first email, which is a confirmation of your order with your order number and receipt, did NOT mention anything about no refund or exchange on discounted items.
But in the very bottom of the 2nd email, which they tell you that your order is shipped, is the first time they mention about "Reminder: Any item(s) discounted ... are not eligible for return or exchange." They tell you for the first time about this after they shipped your item which you would not able to do anything at that point anyway because your item is shipped you can't cancel it.
If you asked me what to feel about this? This is a TRAP, and I WILL NEVER shop here again.”
“Cute shoes but they will not last. My Nikes last years, this pair of no bull shoes has lasted me 7 months and they are tearing up. They are runners, I only ran once in them and they are tearing up. Disappointing. They are almost the same price as Nikes but the quality is significantly less. Will stick with Nike.”
“My paid $146.06 for a pair of sneakers that is worthless, have send two emails about how to request a return label, as of this date she has note heard from a damn soul at no bull, I feel like they are full of bull (S)”
“Really poor customer service. Online ordering is broken. 6 support request to simply get my order attached to my account. Shoes were wrong size. Return process broken. They acknowledged receipt of my return. 2 weeks later, still waiting for refund. Probably need another 6 support contact. Rather call my Amex and have them deal with them. Nobull No thanks. I will stick to Ecco.”
“Been in the shoe business for a long time. It's too bad. I thought this was a good brand, especially with the group, came from Reebok. The shoe may be fine. I'll never know they never shipped . The customer service was beyond anything that ever had. I ordered the shoes I couldn't find a track or trace number unless I download some app. I called no answer. I sent five emails no answer I kept record of all of them. I finally got a hold of someone through text and they told me and challenged me that I never sent the emails even though I sent them the links to all the emails asent. What happened to customer service? Then they told me they don't know why the shoes haven't been shipped. And then I got an email 10 minutes later saying the shoes have been shipped but they still haven't been. Then it was told it was 3 to 5 days to get my money back on my credit card . They should change the name too name webull....”
“website says true to size which is NOT true. Mine are way too tight for my regular size. they took almost 3 weeks to reach me and that's no bull! Expensive and a waste of time and money. They need to jump start their delivery process and make sure to give the consumer better info on sizing.”
“Ordered shoes Oct 8th because of a coupon I saw on Latimes.com for 30%off. They said they would not honor it after it accepted the coupon online and showed the discounted price but because I was not a CrossFit headquarters employee. Apparently the offer was only internal but got leaked? Whatever. I said fine, just send anyway but it’s Oct 30 and they ignored my emails and just finally today admitted the order was “lost”not just once, but twice and they will refund or offer store credit. I just wanted the shoes! There’s no customer service phone number to call and they send cryptic texts. Seriously, how did it get lost twice? They did not care”
“Nobull offers two day shipping but after confirming my order a message stated "orders may take longer due to high volume". Why continue to offer and charge for faster delivery when you can't provide the service. Time to change the "no excuses" slogan on their site.”
“It has now been over 24 days since I ordered my shoes, and they still have not arrived. I have chatted with their Customer service 3 times and each time they just promise that they are prioritizing the order and shipping them soon.
This sad to see as their shoes are actually quite good/nice…that is, if you ever receive them. Due to their poor customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere as they clearly don’t have the ability to deliver on time or the courtesy to provide customers with progress updates. I suggest looking elsewhere for your shoes.”
