My mistake for not checking reviews.. they have no local return service and expect customer to return at own cost. Sizing is not true to size - no bull! BullS service.. not recommended.

Very poor customer experience. The items shipped slow. One item had to be returned. The return experience is painful and flawed because it requires users to type in a URL, enter their order number, and zip code. After checking the information multiple time, the website continues to not allow for my return. Be better, NOBULL.

I ordered some training gear 12 days ago, the order is still in pending. There are mo response from their customer service. Do not buy anything from this this company!!!

I ordered from them. I received the size that ordered, but it was unfortunately not the write size for my foot. I emailed and they responded within a day and had my return processed. I shipped it them back at no charge and received the correct size a few weeks later. Easy peasy. Will definitely be ordered from NoBull again.

Full disclosure, I too had a bit of difficulty with my order arriving late. That said, best purchase of 2021. I have never owned a pair of tennis shoes that felt this good. Also, only have had them a couple if weeks and have had several people compliment them. Can't remember last time anyone complimented my tennis shoes. Worth the wait!

Took over 3 weeks to deliver them .. customer service was hopeless. I tried to change my order 2 minutes after I ordered so I could get a new size and was told I couldn’t so I waited for the shoes to finally arrive and now I’m sending them back and will buy a pair somewhere else.

When you buy the shoes, you receive an email that states: ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. 2 weeks later and my shoes have not shipped. I emailed the company 3 times and have asked to get a refund. They email back saying they can't refund orders. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute trash. They completely screwed my order over. I ordered 8.5s and they gave me a goddamm size 6 and not only that. The shoes were not brand new and they were all scratched up. I Also paid extra for shipping. I will NEVER buy from them again.

this company sent me my packages on time and every thing was fine the sizes were just too small for my boyfriend. I returned the items on November 16th and have still not gotten my refund. do not buy from this company if you think at all that you are going to have to return something. I have reached out to them too and not heard back. who knows if I will ever get my 70 dollar refund for them I am leaving this review hoping they will see it and somehow refund me

We ordered a pair a running shoes that we didn't love upon receipt. We returned them from NY on October 28th, 2021. They show received at NoBull's return warehouse in MA on November 15th. As of December 2nd, they still have not issued a refund to the credit card that we used to purchase the shoes with. I emailed their customer service department two requesting status, but still no response. Customers should not have to wait five weeks for a refund, nor work hard to get that refund.

Just received their shoes. It looks like they send me a already worn Return pair !! I return them too for refund. Not good!

Yeah, these shoes make the back of my ankles bleed. I spent 150 dollars to effectively bruise my ankles. Great product.

With the utmost respect garbage. I have ordered four pairs of shoes total. I ordered a pair of Runners, they tore within the first week. The 2nd pair tour within a month. The knits lasted a bit longer but they tore as well. They are not meant for a agailty work. Somthing as simple as a suicide sprints on the basketball court... The trainers are solid! Best weightlifting shoe I've ever had, but the rest are not up to point.

The inside liner came apart in one month. Very disappointing. I've worn them maybe 5 times. $120 down the drain.

Tried making a purchase for a birthday, it shipped late. No one could look up my order "on their end" and kept trying to place blame on the shipper...it hasn't shipped. I tried all formats available. My daughter in law deserved better than this.
