“Brought the byod device online quick service well packaged .. my free item was not in the package so I let them know and they put it on the next courier the next day happy and easy to communicate with.”

“Went to lincoln road henderson Auckland branch to buy a TV , JB hifi had same model and $50.00 cheaper i asked sales person if he can match the price he said i can go and buy from there wowww So i did and i got free delivery too , Noel Lemming was my local store that's why i went there but i'd rather drive a bit further and get better service .”

“I made an order online and used zip to pay. I received confirmation from Zip of order, nothing from Noel leeming. After several emails, two store visits (staff at Hornby were exceptionally helpful) and 3 phone calls(One lady I dealt with was just rude and not very helpful) over a period of 1 week, it seems they could not find my order to honor, but could find it to cancel. I will not buy online from Noel Leeming again and will make sure friends and family are aware.”

“Terrible customer service. I wish I could give zero stars. Purchased an item, which did not do what the sales person assured me it would. Returned it and paid more for another, which also didn't deliver on what was promised. Have spent two weeks trying to get a response out of the customer service address. Keep getting automatic responses advising they will respond in 24 to 48 hours but nothing. It seems they are happy to take your money, but then dont want anything more to do with you. I will never shop at Noel Leemings again. Very poor service in store and very poor from their 'Customer Care' centre.”

“Bought a new 65 inch Panasonic TV. Could not be happier with the professional service of the floor staff (Damian) and even the delivery guys, who did far more than we needed to have done. Price was exemplary and after doing a lot of homework on line, settled on NL in Taupo. As with all purchases, do your homework, stop bitching about things you have no control over, communicate thoroughly with the staff that matter, so that everyone comes our smelling like roses. Good work Noel Leming”

“The staff are always so rude. They are either trying to suck you into predatory extra charges or they are insulting you to your face. They have no stock that they promise onlline won't honour loyalty programmes and just treat customers like garbage.”

“Had to get a mobile phone at Noel Leeming Lower Hutt from an insurance claim. They did not have any in stock (even though they were widely advertised) and it would take 3 days to get one from somewhere else! So I upgraded to another phone which they did have. They then said they would order in the screen protector and case because they didn't have any of those in stock and they would text the next morning. No text. Went in and found they had actually ordered in the wrong size case so would need to order another as none in stock!! Another 3 days. I ended up going to JB HIfi and buying them that day. No stock, poor service. Do not recommend.”

“We bought two Russel Hobs Kitchen items via Flybuys . Both had excessive price tickets on them instore , after we did the deal we had a squizz on the website . HELLO 2/3 cheaper on the web page . So we blew hundreds of Flybuys on these two items . Then the fun began . Toaster didnt work properly , back and got a new one , Then , new toaster doesnt work properly ......... Its going back again today . My suggestion . Double check online , what your getting when cashing in your flybuys , and ......... generally DONT BUY ANY SH## from Noel Leemings , more than likely it will be cheaply made in China with no quality check .”

“I bought a Samsung washing machine from NL palmerston. During the time of purchase a Samsung cash back promotion was going on. As per the deal with the sales person named Goldy. Said we will received a $250 cash back from Samsung upon redemption. I did the claim online and Samsung customer service told me they have runn out off preezy card so it took the three months to send me my claim which was only $150. Later when I contacted NL manager told me I have taken a long time to redeem my claim and there was no promotion it was for some other model which if I bought. I was also told that I was lucky to get something back. NOEL LEEMING I am very disappointed with how this sales person manipulated into this purchase and Samsung denying that there was no such a promotion.”

“Sales staff were amazing and helpful. Delivery is an utter failure. The person who does deliveries is not happy to deliver after 3.30pm. He likes to deliver between 9.00 a.m and 11.00 a.m if you try to adjust this scheme of his you will still be waiting 3 days after you bought and paid for your item. I was told in-store that delivery would be made that day. It was however 11.00 a.m so deliveries were over. This I now know. They have the money so who cares about delivery. The 2 stars are not for Noel Leeming they are for the staff.”

“One star is a generous evaluation. I paid cash for a washing machine. It was faulty and had to be repaired, then replaced. NL are still trying to bill me for the repair, even though the machine was under warranty. Disgraceful.”

“Noel leeming staff don't consider about customers concerns at all. I went to levin branch to get my mobile repaired and mentioned them not to erase my mobile data as i got very important data into it. They said it's alright your data will not be erased but at the end of the day when i went to pick my mobile up again i saw mobile was fully wiped up and instead of accepting their mistake they were making excuses 😠😡 f****. I don't wanna deal with noel leeming anymore. very Bad service.”

“Very unreliable, got a new MacBook and since there were none left they gave me one that used to be on display. They told me they’d reset the device and it was brand new. Got home and charged it then turned it on and up came the Noel leeming username and password. I called them and they just said to google how to fix the problem and said good bye. Well for the last 7 hours I’ve been trying to f*** around with it resetting it and trying to change stuff and I still haven’t completely done it. Also the customer service is pretty poor. Definitely recommend not going to Noel Leeming and I’ll be back tomorrow for a refund.”

“I purchased a UE Megaboom from Noel Leeming Napier on Boxing Day. Since then, the battery started playing up and I took it back into the store today. I had purchased an extended warranty for three years that was SO worth it! I was offered an instant replacement of my speaker and had great service from all staff. It was so awesome to not be second guessed by staff and my problem resolved so efficiently!”

“Noel Leeming are great when you are spending but as soon as you have a product fault they don't want to know you. Have had to contact consumer rights twice now and 5 weeks later I still have a $3000 Samsung washing machine that doesn't work. I've a household of 6 including a baby and there has been no offer of a loaner washing machine or any help what so ever. Have the same issue with a Samsung microwave I've bought from them. Am going to take them to the tribunal now. Guess Harvey Norman will get all my money in the future. Do not shop at Noel Leeming!”
