Don't get tricked by Noon cash back offers by them, they will provide with no details of expiry in noon and while one fine day you decide to buy using received cashback, they will simply tell you it expired .

Firstly, I am regular customer of Noon since beginning. this time I am having very bad experience and I am very disappointed. I have ordered a Mobile phone and another 2 items while ordering the item, it was showing it will be delivered by tomorrow and after the payment the delivery status has been changed after 4 days which really pathetic. 3 times i have informed customer service to help in this matter as i am flying and your delivery date is changed and none of them taken action till now. since 3 days these items are there in noon CFC gateway awaiting for delivery. so i have decided that this will be the last order to Noon and I never recommend this site to anyone. you don't deserve any rating!!!!

😀So many frustrated customers.. Why Keep ordering? Noon ( No order on time) Bad attitude & behavior delivery boy to customer care guy (Mr. Omer ).. My order in road still 3 days.. Extreme non professional company ever seen..

I am being mentally harassed traumatised with the false promises being made by the customer service. My money has been taken and faulty washing machine was delivered which never worked out of the box. There customer services is useless and makes false promises of callbacks which never happen. I have attached screenshots as proof. Please be aware and stay away from buying from noon to save your money and for your mental well being.

If you are planning to buy something through noon grocery for this week please order it 2 weeks prior. I had ordered grocery for the first time through noon . I had very bad experience. It was mentioned it will be delivered on the next day . But is not delivered till now . And the delivery person who contacted behaved as if why you ordered. I will not recommend noon grocery. Noon grocery is unprofessional and worthless. Waste of time and money.

I had bad experienced for the first time I'd ordered food in noon. It's clearly mentioned in their promotion above 15aed I'll get 50 percent off but when I checked it out there is no discount I'll chat the customer servce that i will cancel the order because the promotion wasn't real. They said they will remove my "cash option" why do you have to do that?

The item price was 47 aed and delivery charges was there and i got the 44.56 return what kind of calculations is this any how as i always say noon have to be shamed and they have to start baiging insted of online businesses as they are eating mony by selling defective products it was not my folt the product was defective that's why I return so as per the low i should get a replacement or exact mony 47 + my delivery charges.

If there was an option to give a zero rating, I would have wished for this. Twice I ordered things from Noon and twice I faced delivery issues. Thier delivery system is pathetic and horrible. My shipment was out for delivery and i spent the first half of the day waiting for their call. Only for the tracker to show shipment has been sent back to holding facility without delivering. The order was out again, and the driver never indicated that he is coming and only to call and say i am at your house. I told them I am out with family. I asked the driver" why you didn't text or call approximate time of arrival" these people they deliver shipments in sections or zones. So it's easy to know what time you will be in the area. NOON expects us to stop all our daily programmes and stay at home to wait for shipments. Moreover, I asked the driver if I can meet the him somewhere or follow him and he said no we have to hand over the item within 100 metres from your pinned location. How pathetic is this. Is it difficult to send sms or call in advance if your system is so rigid that I can't collect an item from anywhere else. I even requested that allow me to collect the shipment from your warehouse. They can't call or send an sms, atleast we plan our days... you are really the worst company to deal with in terms of delivery services. Rating you don't deserve even a single star.. the other time they send item to my house when I strictly specified to them to send to the my office. Couldn't get this package again despite commitments from their operations that they are rerouting the shipment to my office.... really really bad company is noon.

Late Delivery,they deliver when ever they want,very disappointed with the service even though VIP customer.now status updated like will be deliver between 48-72 Hrs

Ordered online from noon.com driver kept my package for more than 3 days and untill today not delivered.whenever I call him he says he cannot come today will deliver next day .very bad service

Ordered an item and received message that driver tried to reach me even i didnt receive any call, and when i call the driver he switched off the phone ,when i called the customer service they said you can cancel your order if you didnt receive it .best customer service i ever had . You should follow up with your crew and give them the right training on how to handle customer issues Thank you.

Asides from being charged twice after cancelling an item which they said was not available in their app I got the terrible customer service experience.. Don't use NOON grocery unless you are willing to have a stressful day!

I want to brought to your kind attention that Noon Company ( Grocery/ Food delivery) has taken amount of money from my account and claiming for negative balance which I already paid cash on the day I ordered the food.So whenever im ordering from them, they are cancelling the order after it goes to my apple pay account.

149466033 This is my case ID and I would like to suggest everyone reading this to not buy anything from noon ever as if there is some problem in the product they provide they will not give refund and will keep the money and say do whatsoever you want to do this is the worst experience of my life I have ever had a huge amount is stuck with noon and they are not refunding it and giving non valuable excuses.

Noon Grocery delivery was good, but when you ordered from their Noon products, it’s a terrible experienced for the 3rd time aside from the delays the courier person also a 🤥 professional liar, they will messaged you their on their way after 5 seconds though they DID NOT CALL they will send follow up message that they tried to call you and twisting the story that you did not respond, WOOOOOW! DON’T trust the delivery date, always delayed. NEVER EVER AGAIN GONNA USE THEIR NOON PRODUCTS. Grocery yes but the other product it’s a HEADACHE! Stay away from hypertension!

I'm extremely disappointed. Last time the delivery guy was about to deliver my order to a wrong address although my address has been updated in the app. I connected with the CS team and waited for 3 weeks for my order to be delivered in vain! And now for a 2nd time the delivery guy calls me while he's at another address! Won't deal with Noon anymore.
