This is the worst experience I had in my entire online shopping. I placed an order Aug. 27 and the item is In stock. I called today Sept.7 to followup the delivery and they said they will cancel my order because it’s out of stock. Cleary its a fraud. They took my money on my credit card. Used to fund other items then after 10 days they will cancel my order and refund will take 15-30 days. This is a clear fraud. Worst ever!

I am so much disappointed from noon.. i have order express thing because of urgent need of electric stove and i was having coupon to redeem so i order from noon. On ordering they said it will be delivered tomorrow but they delivered few items and main item is still pending. Received item, maggie packet all broken, electric juicer was so hot in touch because of long keeping in deliverying. I just didnt like it... never goona use again

Everything I ordered was great, great offers and products were as described. But, the delivery is sometimes good sometimes horrible. This time it was the latter. They were rude to my husband, who couldn't take the package for me. Luckily I was at home, but what would happen if I was at work? Besides, I didn't get any call confirming the timing. I'd suggest to call before delivery, at least.

i Order twice on noon and the products seem perfectly fine.but I hv realsied my last purchase was blue tooth ear buds..I used for about 4days and later started to go off even when my phone is right in my hands.it wasn’t a big deal for me cz I tried to charge and realsied it was the battery..and now I have another order coming today which is a TV set but with all the reviews I don’t think I can take it.good bye noon.

I have placed many orders on noon.com , some are true and good items and others are not compatible to the description and photos. And the return procedure is a big headache. Just open a rating option for all sellers so it will be easy to choose the good seller based on the higher ratings even though the price is a little bit higher. Please take on Consideration my opinion so i will be happy to order from noon again and again.

AFTER SOUQ HAS BEEN CHANGED TO AMAZON THE WEBSITE IS TOTALLY UNINTERACTIVE SO I SHIFTED TO NOON & BOUGHT MANY APPLE PRODUCTS CHECK THE SELLER AND WARRNTY BEFORE U BUY AND IT IS GOOD THEY DELIVER SOON

Very bad experience i ordered twice, the first time was broken item and it took 4 months to return the money as oints and nw i have to wait one month to get it cash and the second time they delivered wrong item, it shows something and it delivers another thing. I miss Souq.com

They are selling fake perfume. DO NOT buy Montale roses musk from noon.com, the perfume came with totally different package from original and it leaks from the top! totally disappointed and terrible product!

It worked great for me and I learned a lot, lost about 12 kg in 4 months. I did feel betrayed and annoyed when it renewed with no warning however. I would have renewed if asked, but I quit as my only really effective way to express my displeassure. As a new prospective customer, not telling you costs up front also makes you feel like this is a cheat. It's not though, it was a very helpful and effective program. theyt just need to learn some social skills in thecustomer service office.

I was super happy with my purchase and Dilevery time, however, everything turned bad once I opened the package and find out that the product was absolutely fake and not genuine. My product was a Razer Deathadder Mouse-Overwatch Edition. Of course I requested a return and refund. I’ve received the refund but I still wanted the product but I’m not sure I will buy it again from noon because I’m pretty sure they will send me the same fake product again.
