They sell you refurbished, used and unreliable electronic products. I ordered a Beats headphones and it came to me without a seal and when I paired it displayed "Ahmeds Beats". This means the product was used and when I explained to customer service they said sorry we can't do anything about it. This happened to me 3 times. I even ordered a bag for my Switch and I got a fake unsealed Chinese product that does not match the picture they display on their website. Never order anything from there go with Amazon instead.

I would like to rate Noon as zero rating. They advertise good which are not available and take more than a week to cancel order. He payment refund takes more than a month. Although banks refund charge back within 48 hours but noon uses customers money for their cash flows and does not care to refund.. pathetic service... completely non reliable company

They offer a 14 day FREE trial but then ask for your credit card number. And further, they want to see your credit number before you have any idea what the program is even all about! Did you ever buy a product without seeing it first. I think not! Another scam.

I didn’t received my order after a week ( which has mentioned “Delivery in one day” ) And after 3 times make complain nobody call back me from Noon and they didn’t care about my complain. The company and sellers are terrible.

I had worst experience with Noon. They have a terrible refund process wherein 2 times I have to make a complaint to DED through https://www.consumerrights.ae/en/Pages/consumer-complaint.aspx. First no item was delivered to me and it was just lost on their system that they can not locate where is the package, they did not process the refund because the status is shipped on their system. DED help me with that issue so they refund the amount I paid. 2nd experience, wrong item was delivered to me more than a month ago and until now the refund is not yet credited to noon credit. I have to ask help again from the DED just for them to solve this because of the frustrations I had in making daily follow-up with Noon

They should write a book called how to destroy customer service based on Noon experience, first the delivery guy just show up without notice and if you are not home he just leave , they online payment conveniently stopped accepting credit card or Apple Pay just to charge you for cash on delivery and even after all that your product comes damaged like they are researching how to screw up with their customers and getting an A for it

Worst coustomer crevice and delivery i had dealt with in my entire life. The delivery guy called and said he will deliver the product within 1 h ; after 4 hrs he called and said he will pospond it until tomorrow and he was also late 3 hrs on the time of delivery that he choosed . The customer service said we can do nothing about and you asked to pospond the delivery!!! and i have to wait until next day to get the product. And the egyptian woman faked that she wrote the complaint that i made. I figured it out when i called again another guy said there is no complaints.

Pathetic delivery and customer service. Do not expect support from their team, just different ways of telling you to be quiet and deal with it. Absolutely appalling. Did not receive the item and no one knows where it is or who has it. They have no clue what's going on within their system.

WORST customer service, I ordered a traveling luggage and turned out to be defected. Filled for a return and mentioned that I am traveling in a week time for good which means they have to act fast. I had the worst experience ever in my shopping with noon. I ordered Nintendo Switch Console With Joy Controller And 1 Game as one offer on 6th June & I received the order with missing item. I returned it & I ordered the same after a confirmation of one of your senior team member that my order will be full, again yesterday I received it with missing items. They collected it today again. I need someone to solve my problem.

Horrible service they give wrong items, once you call them to complain even the supervisors on call centre make sure that they never admit their mistakes. You should be ready to wait 2 to 3 weeks for your order and if want to return wait for them for weeks to show up and refund back the amount. Horrendous service, products and specially the call centre. The people working there won't give you any proper solution expect the word sorry.. Even awok is easy better then them let alone Amazon.
