Anything less than 1 star?? I dont want to give even one star. I don't know whats happening with noon. We order something and on expected delivery date they will come up with so many excuses and the moment we raise the complaint somebody else will call and promise that maximum within 2 days we will get the delivery from another seller and noon will pay the difference and all. Again on the next "PROMISED" day they are coming up with another story. Customer service team is good but noon got such a waste logistic team. Please stay away from NOON

Oh! please!! Stop with this cut and paste replies and i don't think anyone will call . I have stopped using noon and all on line shopping platforms. please don't reply to this! It's only for other customers like me ..who suffer !!

I ordered versace oud noir and versace pour home both were fake they are not trust worthy to buy branded item. I was not expecting fake perfumes why brands don't take action against them. They are selling fake branded products that why they don't have return policy.

Pathetic service. I ordered baby milk for my 25 days old baby.... committed delivery time lapsed and they are not even providing me a defenite timeline for delivery. Stay away from them

Its been 10 days now but my order not deliver. It says out for delivery but until now, no delivery attemp and message. Dont buy to noon.

please don't use noon, I am waiting for my order from 3 days but they are keeping me on hold for nothing when call customer service they will tell you a representative will get back to you in 4 hours but no one will contact. once i receive this order I will delete this app completely with shift+delete. Verrryrrrrrry verrrrry baaaaaaaaad.

Pathetic service.. customer service DONT have a clue what’s happening around them.. paid for express delivery and still wondering if I will ever receive my cash back or the product. Pls do not use the site.

Its been 11 days, I still haven't received my order. I call customer service everyday and I cannot get them to rectify this situation. Everyday I get an SMS saying the order will be delivered today, everyday the driver either doesnt come or calls and says he is too far, so he will come tomorrow, but NEVER comes.

Very Very bad experience with Noon My advice is to don't shop from them if they can't handle few items. I had place an order 5 items still not delivered I tried to follow up for 4 times and i just hear from them sorry and wait for next 24 to 48 hrs. The items delivery date was 3rd Oct and yet they have a fake technical problem. I asked for refund they said it will take 13 to 15days And God knows when I get those items

Ordered a couple of times when Noon just launched, all was fine. 3 last orders were cancelled by Noon as the good were not available. Would be fine, if they notified you on the same day of the order, but no - the make you wait the maximum waiting period, and on the day of delivery they drop the order. Third time's a charm, will never shop again. Got my money back from the Noon wallet only after escalating the issue. AVOID.

Bought a wrangler jean , asked for brown and got a green one! And its not up to standard ! wranglers can't be this bad! Huge back pockets and the labels are poor! Did not get the pair the next day as noon claims! Stop shopping one line guys ! it's a rip off !

Noon advertises stating that the product will be delivered the next day and once the order is placed, the product never arrives even after 2 days. Then they say, someone arrived at your office at 10pm. Who the heck works at 10pm. Pathetic service model - cheating customers - This is not how it works - learn from Peers. Time to go to consumer court for advertising wrongly to attract customers and then not delivering on the promise. Absolutely Pathetic

I have ordered electrical good infrared double cooker. I have seen 2 prices. I choose expensive one because of delivery in after 2 days. They didn't deliver on said day and until waiting. If they can't deliver in said date then they should fully refund and waste of time. When I called, they simply apologized for the delay. All rubbish

One last comment I just tried now, 21:47LT the case of my S10 Plus that i purchased here. Guess what, it didn't fit. Noon, do you have other size of Samsung S10 Plus? Smaller one? Do you? Unbelievable. I will never forget NOON. Unreliable. Nothing but a tr*sh. Thank you for showing me the real NOON. You know what, i hate buying things/stuffs in the mall. I love online shopping. But here in Noon. OMG. Thank you again. Please, dont call me and asking forgiveness. Unforgiveable 😊

Where do i even start, I installed noon because of the advertisement, thought i’d give it a try and ended up instantly regretting it as soon as it got delivered. The packaging was awful , everything was knock off , or gonna go out of date , i definitely do not recommend it to anyone.
