I bought mad hippie vitamin c serum from noon along with many other skin care products, I'm using the same serum for years now and it's the first time I buy it from noon,unfortunately I received unpackaged serum, with different and pale tag , with different texture and smell , I have no idea if it's safe to use it , it's devastating to spend money on fake product when it's known brand

Bad experience with noon, always I bought from them valuable items with a few mistakes but now too much, I order Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra I paid already once the deliver person came to my door, he requested me OTP number that I didn’t receive it from noon !! So he told me SORRY I CANT GIVE YOU THE ITEM ! I received from noon three message once I made the order the first one (thank you for your order.... , second (your order outside delivery ) , third one who I couldn’t receive the order because of noon mistake they sent a message telling me that the order is canceled and if you change your mind please go to link !!! Really unprofessional team and very bad system! That makes customers guilty instead of system and there is no follow up from customer services only message (ignoring customers, I don’t suggest anyone to take from them valuable things ) especially me it was a gift that I will give it to my cousin today on her birthday. Now I must find someone to borrow me money to run away to mall to buy a mobile . WITH NOON YOU WILL WASTE MONEY AND TIME .

Order was supposed to be delivered on monday urgently ..it’s wednesday now and haven’t received it .. also i asked them to deliver at 7pm , its 8:30 and no one called and still waiting , i called them to give the delivery man number so that i track my order they couldn’t help .. moreover, i asked to receive my 2 items together .. i received one of them on monday and the second is still not here. Bad planning .. bad organizing .. zero reliability .. bad experience .. never gonna happen again.

RNAED600294426 This my return ID I have returned an item since one month I have not got refund I am daily following up with these worst team ever in spite of that no response and just they are checking something in system and wasting my time I would suggest please don’t buy anything from noon ever you will have to repent later on they will not even return your money and keep you stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Noon Market is a scam. **Till now no action from Noon** Let me explain my bad experience twice. I order a pan from Royal Ford brand of 45 cm from noon market. They delivered 30cm and from other local brand and it was 100% against what was described. I immediately return it. Order number for noon confirmation is (NSAD60040739831). I have tried to contact noon team and wrote review below the product but the review was neither published on noon site nor any action till date was taken by noon team.and they refund only the item price and deducted 12 sar for delivery. Now noon deliver any fake product and you must be ready to lose your 12 sar to return their fake products and noon market is totally running on this scam. I experienced this two times. I request the readers to stop using this cheaters who deliver fake products As noon must stop cheating people. Worst e commerce site ever.

The worst company I have ever come across it has put on hold my hard earned money by not refunding the money to me as the item I purchase was an iPhone they listed it as new but gave me refurbished phone I would not recommend people to buy anything online from noon it’s very dangerous as return policy is the worst in the world for noon. If there is a zero point to review NOON customer service and the delivery associates I will give you negative zero.. I paid a purchase in card to avail Express delivery, but your people dont respect your costumers for doing the effort, instead you delayed my purchase and God knows when I will receive its because even the call center people dont have any idea of whats going on, they dont have the data of whats on the way to be delivered. Unfortunately today is the day of the said delivery express date, and I didn't received it. I guess because I am paid already and they dont care.. I wish I didn't order to this NOON, its a big mistake to made this order.. I only thing I got is STRESS, because nobody can give you exact action plan, CONFUSION of everyday messaging that the parcel is on the way so you need to waste your time waiting for ther useless driver who decides if you will receive your order or not.. NEVER AGAIN I WILL ORDER TO NOON, I WILL NEVER let my money pay your incompetent call center people and delivery associates I HATE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH NOON. YOUR PEOPLE ARE SO USELESS..

Negative experience again with noon. Not trusted economy website. Don't pay in advance. They cancel orders. noon cancelling my order because I used the coupoore than once! I have multiple coupons to use but the system accepted using the coupon again, so I used it. No compensation for the inconvenience. No customer service through email, just through phone call. Limited services. They don't seek customer satisfaction. Deserve 0 stars. Use Amazon, Souq, AliExpress and Jumia for a better reliable alternative.

Absolutely terrible. 2 products didn't arrive despite saying they were delivered. I have called and emailed numerous times, being promised that I will receive a phone call to resolve the issue, and I am just ignored. I have requested a refund and nothing. NEVER use this company!

Imagine! First time ordered from Noon. 10 packs of coffee. Courier called me and told that will bring it today, on Friday. I spent my day off time and was waiting him instead of going to gym or mall. What he brought to me? One! One pack of coffee!!! Other will come maybe 2-3 packs in each day!!! What??? Noon, you company is too lazy to consolidate 10 packs of coffee??? Really? I should wait every day until you bring to me it one by one??? Never more will order from Noon. Never more!!!

Noon food has cheated first time customers once again. Firstly they mention 50% off. Hidden inside they set the bar to 25dhs only. I feel like a beggar of I do order and noon are known for bad marketing

As a VIP member, there are many things that keeps me away from noon, or try to avoid them as much as possible: -Untrained customer service: they barely speak to you as a human being, it is like they have been taught a certain dialogue to repeat over and over. and most of the time the issue wont be resolved. -Express items: Vey few items are considered as express, sometimes you wont find any, not sure why to sign up for a VIP customer. -Return policy: Most items, if not all, are not returnable in case of any defects. So don't bother with their customer service, you will get a headache. -Prices: Crazy hiked prices. Same items can be found elsewhere with a one third of its price. Conclusion, I don't feel very comfortable placing any orders with them, it stresses me out. I hope noon would over come their gaps. The current situation is not favorable to noon.

This was my second time where noon let me down with wrong products..first was a watch strap,then the very next day i ordered water 1.5 (12 bott) they sent small bottles (24bottl) i wanted the water big bottles for a reason..noon is good at taking pictures of the product out side the door,i even received a picture of my shoe rack where the driver had rang the bell when its contactless delivery. but i guess the quality drops when you become a key player in the market..lastly your customer service team needs to be trained..espcecially the males..they do not apologise or talk emphathatically..i have to explain many times as they lack a bit listening skills.i purchsed noon VIP for a reason cz i really liked the service but its not the case now..any way NOON..Good afternoon please wake up

We ordered 4L dettol, delivered to us was 1L. So obviously we returned it and ordered another 4L Dettol, this time it was delivered correctly but the previous delivery charges were not refunded to us. It's not our mistake that the item got delivered wrongly but then we had to bear the cost. This is not done.

I waited too long "around a month" to receive my orders, then I received an email that they cancelled three items without mentioning the reason, all I got is an apology!!! Not professional at all!!! I deleted my account with them, they are not trustworthy !

Very bad experience with Noon , I ordered item Order number NAED60072764398 and they sent totally different item which is half price , I called customer service they said I have to return the item first then they changed the price of the item I ordered from 180 to 390 dhs Was kept on hold 3 times for 20 min then they end the call , never use it again

Although I started with Noon two years ago, I recently had a Very negative experience. Noon cancel my orders claiming that I buy for reselling although it was the first time to buy a product. Also noon prevented me from noon vip for the same reason although I was once buying more than a piece of a product for non trading reasons! Alternative e-commerce sites that I recommend: Amazon, ebay and AliExpress.

I use to have excellent service from Non but since they changed their delivery team ,it become night are they show up any minute they expect to find u home if u ask them to come back they shout at you ,I complained and what they did they cancelled my orther no one contacted me Iam very disappointed

I ordered an item persil after seeing the offer price.. after 4 days order , noon cancelled order themself sending a message unforeseen circumstances.. But when I check on the site again it shows on stock and still listed on offer price !!!! So I don't have the product which I have paid , so we cannot trust noon and the delivery
