While the item i had ordered came on time and was good quality, the delivery guy was exceptionally rude. He told me i had numbered my house wrong (we live in a community) and that i need to change the door number (again not something i am in charge of). After i explained to him that the house numbers are on the wall of the house and the door numbers are separate (sometimes 2 of the same in the community) he rolled his eyes and said 'ofcourse you are right i am wrong'. Told him i did not appreciate the attitude to which he said 'You need to stop putting the DEWA number for delivery then'. AGAIN, it is the house number i put on the delivery. Ten minutes of back and forth and i told him to leave if he did not need my signature. Extremely rude service.

I bought a Ipega game controller and turns out it's not even working. I tried charging it, it didn't charge.

I ordered a case cover for my AirPod and when I received it just after a day, I found that the box was open and the material was damaged in multiple places. Moreover, the item was completely different from what was shown in the Noon.com page. - Order NAEB80028473065 Earlier I had ordered a smart watch and again the box was damaged and open. This is not what we expect from a reputed firm.

This is warn the people who are trying to buy a hot deal in noon.com I bought a apple 8 from noon.com and i took it as a gift for my family but when we start to set up the phone after all the steps we got the message that mobile has a remote management by some company in Australia and needs username and password. I brought the iPhone back to dubai which made me so embarrassed in front of my family and took it back to Dubai . When i called the noon.com they asked me to go to apple store to get IMEI to reset the mobile and i did visit the apple store in Dubai but the refused and informed me that these mobiles are bought for company purposes and is managed by them . I don't know how noon.com selling these kind of phones online as a great deal. Please be careful if you buy a iPhone and electronic items from this online shopping. They are not trusted and you have to flight for the refund.

HI, I am really disappointed with the Noon service. it is been more than a week I am waiting for a revert, but I feel like I should not buy any product in future. Very bad customer service. it seems like a scam.

Delivery staff are very helpful. I was not able to pick up my delivery on their 1st try but they managed still managed to deliver it as per my expectation. Big thanks to Nisnanth and Srimanth for their coordination.

BEWARE EVERYONE!! To startoff - I'm a software developer with 15 years of experience. And I feel this app is intentionally designed in a way so that it DOES NOT show your subscription or payment information. This way this sleazy company can fool people and get money out of them and folks only are able to realize when they see the charges ($150 for 2 months in my case) only when it appears on your bill the next time. I did go check the app and didnt see any subscription information listed when i got a message that the trial period was ending. So I thought maybe in all good. Because you do usually see the subscription and payment information in your phone itself for the apps you use. But they - not this company. They also charged $10 for the trail period in my case. fyi...in all of the advts that i saw it said FREE. LOL. such a pathetic experience. I dont mind paying - but not to horrible companies like these who fool people. And on top of that their website is even more horrible. They don't even allow you to send in an inquiry for your billing questions. WOW!! This was the icing on the cake for me. I would rather sit and eat my cake and be happy then USE THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE!! Stay Away!!

I purchased Few Items recently from noon after seeing that they have free delivery. I used to Purchase from amazon.ae [souq], for a change now from noon. but the last item i received from noon was fake. Vitamin C Serum First purchased from Amazon it was good, so i purchased again from noon same price but free delivery. Yes they delivered item for free but the item was FAKE. once i saw the fake item contacted noon and they said they will take and refund me my cash. Hoping i will get my cash back soon. I ordered the Item back again from amazon.

Customer service is very bad and sellers are selling fake products and can't write a review on a product i bought to warn other users. i will never use it again

Too many bad reviews. I've ordered twice from noon and the product came as expected and delivered at my work place. But I'm scared with the bad experiences of people here. I'll still give them a try and see for myself but wouldn't hesitate to dumb them if they default.

Oh.. very bad experience, while placing order during the process some window popped up wanting me to click the store near to my location.. that was the trap i couldn't understand. Later i understood that i need to go and collect my things from Noon's designated store from some locker... Oh... my god, What is the meaning of free delivery - i dont understand why didn't i go any departmental store in dubai to buy - I regret.

Worst return policy.. they take years to return payment first it wipl be in noon account then in bank account after 20days..sick.. never shop from noon.com

Delivery is very bad, impolite and not accommodating. They have promised to deliver in the home since I am on holiday but it didn't happen. I called the delivery guy to follow up, he said the item is not with him anymore. I was asking for the number of the customer service, he said he is busy. I sent complaint and another delivery called me, he said he cannot deliver as his area is Bur Dubai not Mankhool. And why he has called me when he is not able to deliver to my area.

Be careful if anyone buy any items worth above 250/- they will the maximum not to give it and we have to fight with them to get the item also when call they will insult people in all possible ways

I just love noon.com. The best part about them is the fact that they have kept free delivery for any item. I have purchased so many items from here and I know will continue to do so. I just want to thank the management of noon.com. I would recommend all my friends and family to shop from noon. Excellent product, excellent service! Noon.com rocks!
