I ordered on-ear headphone from noon east, used several times for 2 weeks and I loved it but then the right speaker fell out without any force a small plastic piece broke and the right speaker fell. I contact them they said they can do nothing about it because it is misuse but it was just bad material. + when I bought the headphone, it should contain an in-line microphone as advertise but it came with aux without a microphone so when I blog the Aux to the headphone the build-in microphone stop working. the headphone still working but I can't use it, it's in the original box since that day. #pictures: https://imgur.com/a/qGtrMHo the broken piece: https://imgur.com/ZDNUolB in-line microphone: https://imgur.com/pvctdHk what I got: https://imgur.com/OEehEzy

I ordered a nespresso machine from them. It arrived on time, but the box was opened and the sample coffee capsules were removed. I called costumer support and they tried to trick me by saying it doesn’t come with one. So I told them if you don’t solve the problem I will file a fraud case to Ministry of trade.

Extremely bad service, i had ordered a hand santizer whic was supposed to deliver by 19th may. Now its 2nd of june and i still did not receive anything! They are not canceling my order , not giving my money back, and the product is not being sent to me!! Following up by calls since last week and still no solution!!!!!

I advised to stop shopping from noon.com, it’s a terrible website and I had a very bad experience with them and as I am a customer service manager I can understand very well how their service is bad and poor. “ I ordered from noon.com on 24 May 2020 at 7:41pm. And I got a first part of my orders on 26 May 2020, where I found a wrong item (it was a mistake of a seller), I followed the policy of website I submitted a return request for those items. On 27 May 2020 I got a call from Noon.com they arranged a pick up day for the returns items and they confirmed that someone will collected them on 28 May 2020. I canceled my plans for that day and I stayed home waiting them they didn’t come, they just send a sms evening saying that we arranged another day for collecting the return items !! On 30 May 2020, the relievers person came and collected the items and as per the policy after 48 hours the money should credited in my noon credit, till now I didn’t receive from them anything today is 3 May 2020. And when I contacted their Whatapps customer service they requested me to wait 48 hours more !! “ please if I am wrong just tell me if there is any customer who guess and need his items within two days to receive it almost a month !! And how they are so cold with their customers and they have a very bad behavior with customers, website is well presented but most important in business is sell after service which make sure customers are satisfied with the products and services of the organization. AMAZON STILL THE BEST IN MIDDLE EAST NO ONE ELSE and the WORST SHOPPING PLATFORM IS NOON.COM

it is the worst online shopping company, i bought from it many things, i bought the 2 of 21 play doll set, 2 sofia dolls, 2 barbies and a led light for my phone. the sofia dolls were missing the thing you press on to make the voice, i received 1 barbie after it with more than 2 weeks, and received 2 baby doll high chairs instead of 2 21 play doll set, and last is the led light for my phone it was tiny.

I bought from noon 2 barbies, a 21 play doll set, sofia doll, and a led light for my phone. i only received 1 barbie after ordering with 2 weeks and i received both of the sofia dolls mossing the thing that makes voice, instead of getting the 21 play doll set, i got 2 baby doll high chair, and the led lights for my phone was so small.

These guys are totally unprofessional. they even dont dare to open a review section so people dont expose how bad they are. I purchased a walking boot for my fractured foot. Delivery time they set was too long but i was willing to wait. then just one day before delivery they send me message saying DELAYED with no date or anything! What a bunch of losers you are. Souq.com, now gone, use to be heaven for online shopping. Amazon put it in a graveyard and now Noon cant even do 10% the quality we had with Souq.com

I received a gift to buy item in Noon company. This is the first time I ordered from Noon. I received my ordered items on time. This company does sell bad quality products. My exercise pants is of a very cheap quality. It is definitely not original, and the perfumes are not original. My watch is definitely not new stock, the color is not vibrant anymore, the box is dent, old and lots of scratches. This is the first and last to order from Noon. Nobody in this world wants to buy old stuff unless it is used item. Noon is just a bad online shopping experience.

Very very bad experience with Noon! I ordered my son’s eid gift ( toy) six weeks ago, the eid is over and I still didn’t receive the toy. We called them several time and they never gave us a good answer if whether our item was shipped or not. Finally I called them and they said that the item was shipped and they gave us a tracking no. This morning I called them and the person on the phone said that this is not a tracking no. Knowing that his friend few days ago said that it is a tracking no. And that we can start tracking the item. The people from noon kept saying that the item will be shipped soon, but non of this happened. The item never got delivered and my son is so mad that he didn’t get his toy on time. This morning I cancelled the order and I found it in another website that will bring it faster. So sad that I had this bad experience. And even worse that the people of Noon don’t even know where is my item and when will it be shipped. Very bad experience, not recommended at all.

I wish I can give you less than a star very bad service very bad customer service useless and so lazy to do their job contacting them since 2 weeks for my Missing item from my order informing them to check because I don't have updates and the item is still in process since 6 of May all they were doing copying paste and relying to me and informing me to wait delivery should be tomorrow and I recieved a message saying that my package will face delay what a S..... COMPANY WHAT A LIARS AM COMPLAINING YOU TO DDE AND TO POLICE STATION BECAUSE YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND YOU DID NOT DELIVER THE SERVICE SHAME ON SUCH COMPANY A CASE IS OPEN AGAINST YOU WITH DDE

Noon sucks, The first time we ordered it took the money and cancelled the shipment and the refund process took 2 weeks. The second the shipment arrived broken. And the third time it came broken again. No matter what. DONT ORDER FROM NOON.com. a 1 star is a better review than they deserve.

Terrible terrible service. I ordered items from that were supposed to arrive in 2 days and they have not arrived a month later. There is no way to contact them except a whatsapp which they dont respond to. Terrible terrible service.

Hello, First time I ordered in noon site and its a really bad experience for me. I have experience in other online shopping site, but compare to other site this was the worst site I feel. I ordered 4 items in online and deducted 10hda for shipping. And only 2 items was delivered. And I waiting for my rest of items. Few day before and today I got message that your order was canceled. I want you know with out availability how you can take the order, one more thing with out informing me how you people can canceled my order. In other site they will inform by call and ask for other options of offers. And they are saying money will credit with out shipping money and it will take may be 14 days.
