The most terrible online shop to shop! Everytime I Order to this shitty online shop I always ended up receiving an incorrect item! Refund TAT process is so pathetic! In fact you don’t even deserve a 1 Star!

I had ordered an item from noon, and even after 5 days I didn't got the items and now they say that I should cancel the order as noon can't meet that order. And the best think is the refund amount will be credited to the noon wallet, not to the bank account. And noon says if you need the refund to bank, it will take 30 working days. I prefer not to purchase from noon. Another thing is the product is still available in noon with 1 day delivery. They don't have a proper system to process the order or to keep the product lineup updated.

i given the order morethan 4 day, still i did not receive the material, i called now they are saying it will take 3 more days, i will not order next time, this is last and final order.

This is a complaint to the Noon.com team. I have purchased two Iphones 11 pro max worth almost AED 15,000 from noon.com. one of them stopped working after 3 weeks from the purchase date. Now the warranty team is calling me back with an option to replace the phone with a cheaper version with one sim card which is unacceptable as the whole reason to buy that phone was dual physical sim cards. It has been already a week since I raised a claim and no solution has been provided to me. I need it replaced with the same model exactly, or refund urgently! I am having a terrible experience with noon.com. This is the last ever purchase from that website. My name is Rahim and you have my complaint and warranty claim in the file.

Bought appliances, waited for weeks for them to be delivered. Then when they eventually delivered they were not new. Scratches and dirt everywhere, Even the packaging was damaged. Now to return and get a refund seems like another lengthy process.

The order will get CANCELLED at the last moment... or even weeks after the delivery date was due. The delivery are terrible SLOW and long for the majority of items! The customer support is VERY poor & struggle to understand the problems faced by us legitimate buyer. And NO followup either! And finally, the Refund process is also very long and very painful.

Called to cancel 1 quantity since I booked 2 by mistake, after so much calls and chat they canceled wrong item. Again I called and customer service was the worst ever i had to deal with. Result: 0 No help No pro staff No manager to supervise Cant believe this is one of Al Abbar company, shame on this staff and follow up

It is one of the worst online shopping, it has been nearly 20 days and I have not received the parts of a sewing machine i ordered , anyhow now they are forcing me to return the product , whereas i only want the parts of it. I was avoiding to write suc horrible review but i am left with no choice. Anyways , really poor experience

Unbelievable sellers. Deals for Less,Fire-store and so on. Very disappointing. Using AED50 discounted coupon is useless when seller is like duhhh????

I just purchased MI Airdot, received NOT new items. You can physically identify that the unit delivered was not a BRAND NEW. Having problem with pairing both piece and connection is not stable. It works for few days and now after using it for couple of days the unit is not working properly.

Couple days ago, i ordered a Apple iPhone 6S Plus Screen Protector, but i just received the order and it came 2 phone protectors, 1st (the correct one that i want) which is for iphone 6s plus, and the 2nd one is the one that i didnt even ordered and its the protector for iPhone XS max, i dont even have this phone. so i opened my ordered list, and i didn't even find it! i just want to return it. I ordered another thing which is a xiaomi band 2, it was written at the website that it band 2, when i got it i found that this is band 3! im so disappointed! I thought that ill receive the things that i wanted it, i just spent my money for silly things!

Its the worst service I ve seen regarding the warranty. Its been 2 weeks that I ve given for warranty of my i Phone having a minor issue still not received the product. Such a horrible experience regarding the warranty. Better opt for apple care for repair of the product

The worst team for warranty and worst warranty service..... I had a divers watch with a rotating bezel that not working under a sellers waranty .... I gave it to maintenance two times but not working ....now the customer in charge is washing his hand and claiming noon has nothing to do with it and the watch is running ok as the technical report of noon staff and I am a liar....they dont even read or submit emails unless u call them as if they are still living in stone ages . he refused to give me a written proof from noon technical staff but giving a report from a seller .... excuses and turning around the person in a cheap way .... no one should but from them any single thing ... amazon and awoke are more reliable regarding these things .... they take action once they read an email ...

Worst Customer support ever I order two items that were suppose to be delivered by 7th of November until now I haven't received the order and i called more than 10 times each time they say all they can do is submit a complain I asked to speak with their team leader more than once and every time they say he will call me in a few hours but no one calls. noon are nothing more than liars and scammer all the YouTube reviews are fake.

The worst experience in my life ..... the worst in dealing with warranties and sub sellers ......I have been calling them for a watch I bought ....first time I called them to repair ...it came back same ....second time...they confirmed it is working .... this has been going for twenty days maybe .... every day calling and calling and no action done ....the only thing they can do apologising .... whole company of noon apologised to me but with no serious action just blowing mouths with words .. they can not send emails they dont read emails and they dont take anything seriously .... Until now nothing done I felt I just wanted my money for nothing ....
