“had my new boiler fitted over the weekend. the men who fitted were so friendly and showed us how to use it which we very easy indeed! We are so pleased with them.”

“very happy had boiler fitted last tuesday and we are really pleased with it very good this telephone peoples we spoke to were all very good. I found it really refreshing and good dealt with the most friendliest peoples and helpful over the phone also all the men who come to my house were very good. My family will tell people of this very good company”

“The two engineers assigned to the work were very pleasant and completed the work very quickly with a minimum of disruption and mess.The boiler used has been as quoted,very quite while providing good hot water supply at a very good level of pressure.I am very pleased with the service provided.”

“The different telephone staff I dealt within the office before we had our boiler installed were first class. I do work in customer services myself and everybody I spoke from the first telephone call too the last was top class and very professional. The two blokes who installed the boiler on the were also very professional, clean and tidy. I have read reviews of the company and yes as like all companies they all have problems as we do not live in a perfect world but everything went very smooth indeed so keyboard warriors take note! Well done everybody involved and go ahead and pat yourselves on the back on a very good job well done.”

“Following a yearly service from one of your Service engineers ( no name to spare his blushes ) we had no heating. water worked but NO central heating after speaking with your office eventually a gas engineer called Paul Rudrum was sent out to fix the problem. After looking over the system and at first thinking it was the wireless controller he quickly diagnosed that the previous service engineer had forgotten to turn back on the 2 valves to the magnetic filter we have fitted .this Gas engineer was called Paul Rudrum if only every representative of your company was this good and this dedicated maybe your reviews would improve not only was he knowledgeable about the job he was also determined to fix the problem before he left .10/10 for Mr Paul Rudrum 7/10 for being keep waiting on the phone before getting to speak to a human Thanks Paul for great service Mark Stone.”
