“Excellent service, excellent range of top quality cars, we drove in saw the car we wanted able to test drive on our own for as long as we wanted, we drove home in the new car all on the same day very happy.”

“I bought a Mercedes Benz C Class in mint condition inside out. The level of customer care was very good and the team i met displayed total team work & professionalism. I had an opportunity to look at all the cars in stock and i picked up one thing in common, these guys know their brand very well (Merecedes Benz Faithfulls). Im contemplating getting another Mercedes from them because i now trust their quality and general business principles, yes of course im one very happy customer. Thank you Stuart Phillips for your first class service to me on the day, you are a great asset to your company.”

“I saw the car I always wanted on Northover website, spoke to Stuart on telephone and completed the deal trading in my own car. Because I was travelling from Northern Ireland the folk at Northover arranged to meet me near Chester saving me a very long drive to Kent, there we exchanged cars seamlessly and I am delighted with my SLK200. The car is exactly as described, and in immaculate condition. Thank you Stuart, Matthew and Steve for looking after me so well.”

“Not enough stars can cover the service we received!! After seeing a lovely SLK on their website, we gave them a phone, and were given a great price for the car we were trading in, without actually seeing any photos. We then travelled down from Aberdeen to the agreed mid way point for us both, to a lovely hotel in Leeds. Steve had arrived early and had even washed the car ready for us to view, and it was exactly as described. He allowed us to take it for a test drive, and then stepped back to give us the space and time we needed to make our final decision. Stuart has helped us every step of the way from the initial enquiry through to the end helping us swap our private reg number over. We cannot recommend this garage high enough - their service has been first class - far better than we have received from any garage previously - they actually care about you!!”

“This is the 4th time I have used Northover cars - 2 BMW's and 2 Convertible Mercedes. On first named terms now !!! There is never any pressure when looking around the showroom, and they will let you have a test drive and encourage you, so you can experience the car. This time I went in to look at a grey convertible and ended up buying a beautiful white one which when collected was sparkling clean and immaculate both inside and out. My private number plate was easily sorted out and road tax was purchased. I would highly recommend Northover cars - both Matthew and Stuart will look after you.”

“A much different and more pleasurable experience than I've ever had with other dealers - and I'm not exaggerating! Stuart, Steve and the team did everything possible to make the sale a smooth and memorable one. Not only are they friendly, knowledgable and care about their customers, they are also passionate about cars and passionate about their business. The car was immaculately presented before I took it for a test drive with just my partner, giving us an opportunity to discuss our experience without pressure - and it was clear at this point that this was a gem of a car at a great price. Once I had decided to purchase, Northover Cars gave it a further Valet and detailing, MOT and ironed out a couple of minor things, without issue, that I had asked to be looked at. This was all done and delivered in time for me to take my new car on a planned journey up to Cheshire 4 days later, Stuart even sorted out my Vehicle tax for me. If that wasn't enough, a minor unforeseen problem with the car that developed during my trip away was quickly dealt with on my return. I'm impressed. Will I be buying from Northover Cars again in the future? Without a doubt, they will be top of my list.”

“From the beginning to the end of the transaction everything went smoothly,they sorted my road tax,offered to make arrangements to transfer my pp and arranged five days insurance to allow me time to arrange my own. Having never drove an automatic i was given the opportunity by Stuart to be guided through the surrounding area before i began my long journey back to Glasgow in my stunning SLK, which was prepared to the highest standard for my arrival. Basically i walked into the premises feeling like a bag of crumpled old fivers and drove out feeling a million dollars! If you are looking for a quality used Mercedes, in my opinion there is no other dealer who could come close to Stuart and Matthews service.The only downside to the transaction was having semi skimmed milk in my tea,but now and again you have to live on the edge! Thank you Stuart and i will see you again when i am looking to upgrade.”

“Nice people to do business with, they said they will give me X amount for my car over the phone, they gave! They said their ML 350 cdi grande edition was by far the best ML they had ever had, it was! They said they will hold the car for me for two weeks, they did! They said they will service the car for me before delivery, they did! NO THEY DIDN'T! they actually had it serviced from mercedes dealer so as to have a FULL MERCEDES service history! Thank you Stuart and Mathew. ONLY Mr Stuart, how you managed to spell my name so terribly wrong, I'll never know! Yousuf Zamakda”

“We recently purchased our new vehical from Northover cars. Dealing with Stuart and Mathew was a pleasure. After delivery a fault developed on the car and was reported to Nothover, their service was prompt and without hesitation,at their cost and time the fault was rectified swiftly . The professionalism in which the situation was handled was what you would have expected from a Top Marque main dealership. Our vehical was of the highest standard and the customer service was the same. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will be looking at doing further business with this great team again.”

“We purchase a car from Northover last month and was so pleased with the service that the guys provided, we had travelled all the way from wales to purchase the car, I was a little apprehensive at what condition that it would be in but I must say the car was in excellent condition so we're all the cars in there show room so the journey was well worth our while. “This is the second car we have purchased from Northover Cars. The cars are showroom condition which is why we returned to make a 2nd purchase. The sales from start to finish cannot be faulted and nothing is too much trouble. Any issues that may arise are dealt with immediately. A truly professional, personal and friendly company, which in today's business world is a rarity. I would definitely recommend.”

“The team at Northover Cars were a pleasure to deal with when we bought our car. Unlike other car dealers we'd visited, we were given lots space to look around the showroom in our own time, and to talk through our deliberations privately. We were also allowed to test drive two cars unaccompanied. Once we had decided on a car we wanted to buy, the team went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible, including a lift from the local train station on the day of collection. I would definitely return to Northover Cars in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends.”

“The staff could not be more helpful. Having not bought a new car for several years it was wonderful to have someone take care of all the paperwork. All I had to do was pick up my new car. They are a credit to their business and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people.”

“DO NOT buy a car from this company!!! I purchased my car in September and within days the throttle body had to be replaced which cost £1,156 to replace. :(( Shocking after service and completely unhelpful!!!!!!!!”

We are sorry you are dissatisfied with our service and your purchase. However, you fail to note the full facts. The problem you mention was quickly diagnosed and rectified by your local main dealer and paid for (except for £98) by the warranty company. As you unnecessarily threatened to report the matter to Watchdog and various other organisations we decided not to offer any goodwill in this matter in respect of the minor under payment.
