“Just purchased my 1st Mercedes from Northover Cars. The car is in mint condition & realistically priced. Stewart the salesman was extremely helpful and put me under no pressure to purchase! Alround a very good experience and I would strongly recommend Northover Cars to anyone looking for a quality Mercedes at the right price! Another review site has made some bad comments about Northover Cars, totally unfounded and incorrect!!!! Chris J.......”

“There is simply no other car dealership around or that I've come across that has such a selection of top quality cars. Every car you look at is top spec and top quality - no rubbish here. That coupled with a first class and very personal service the guys gave us. I've been back and have bought two cars from northover cars. I therefore have no hesitation recommending them.”

“We where delighted with the friendly and professional way we expirenced buying our car from Northover. The car was absolutely immaculate and just what I wanted. “Travelled from Maidenhead to view and subsequently purchase a car for my wife. The guys at Northover are very confident in the condition /standard of vehicles they offer and as such do not push for a sale ,which is a refreshing change from my past experiences at other dealers. We certainly felt very comfortable and took plenty of time considering our options. As it happens my wife decided on a later model than the car we originally came to view. The car is excellent and the whole experience was very positive. I'm aware that Northover have plenty of repeat business and I can see why. We'll no doubt join that number in a couple of years when my wife wants to upgrade.”

“Seldom does one come upon a car dealer as good as Northover. The attention to detail is sublime, the fully informative service is second to none. I would not easily or readily buy a car un-seen from a dealer 195 miles away...but after speaking to Matthew and Stuart I had no hesitation whatsoever. They delivered the Mercedes to me, exactly on time and exactly as described (in fact it was better than described!!) 5 star review thoroughly deserved, well done guys Mark, Knutsford, Cheshire”

“do you want a good quality car? then look no further than northover cars,of 237,tankerton road,tankerton,whitstable,kent,ct5 2ay.we are delighted with our purchase of a Mercedes from this company.we were not pressured into buying a car,both salesmen were extremely polite and were very patient with helping us choose the right car for our needs.the financial side of our transaction was made very easily,the extra insurance on the car gives us peace of mind if in the unlikely event that something was to go wrong,we would be covered.we would strongly recommend the above company.michael ussher-smith.”

“I travelled from the Isle of Wight to purchase an E Class convertible from Northover Cars. Both the car & the service I received were exemplary making my journey more than worthwhile. Stuart made the transaction as simple as possible. This included taking care of all the relevant paperwork for cherished number transfer & even provided new plates in readiness for this. I certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to any potential car buyer.”

“From Ireland I've just completed my second purchase in the last two years from Northover Cars. In my experience they carry good, clean secondhand Mercedes Benz cars. The purchase process was easy: I saw the car on the website on Tuesday, I called Stuart on Wednesday and paid a holding deposit. I flew to Gatwick early Thursday morning, Stuart organised collection from the airport. The car was exactly as described on the website. I paid with my debit card. I drove to Fishguard and I was back home that night. There and back inside 24 hours. Even with the VRT and the Sterling difference, I got great value: a 2 year old high spec Mercedes with only motorway miles, full main dealer service history (still one year Mercedes warranty), a lot cheaper that I could get in Ireland. I would recommend Northover Cars to anyone. Fintan from Ireland.”

“Excellent car. Excellent service. Very helpful staff. Deal done in 10 minutes. Also received a good px price for mine. Car delivered to home in Welling, Kent. We spotted a small fault on delivery. The car was left with us but collected from home, taken to the main dealer by Northover and sorted while we were away. All in all, very pleased and would definitely recommend. Kim”

“Northover Cars provided us with an excellent service, from the initial test drive when we were just given the keys to a Mercedes SLK to try (despite it being nearly closing time) to being picked up from Whitstable station when coming to collect the car. We couldn’t fault the service we were given by Northover Cars and the sale process with Stuart in particular was a joy being straightforward and helpful and we were very pleased to be able to include an additional 3 year warranty for the car. The preparation of the car ready for collection was superb with an immaculate finish inside and out with the polish after several weeks of having the car still looking like it was when we picked up. We would definitely recommend Northover Cars to anyone thinking of buying a Mercedes in particular and will no doubt return to them again when we need to replace our SLK.”

“Excellent friendly environment. Absolutely no pressure, just given the keys to a Mercedes with half a tank of fuel and invited to have a test drive. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was delivered to my home approx 60 miles away, I hadn't even paid for it when I took ownership!!! My wife was very impressed by refreshments and sparkling toilets! Mike.
