“Picked up my new S class today. The guys went out there way to make sure the purchase was easy and simple. Honestly the best car purchase experience I've had and I have had a few. Really nice guys. Will be back here for my next S class without a doubt.”

“Del Boy and Rodney? No That''s the impression we have of car salesmen and always go to a car Dealership. My husband and I made a journey from Croydon to Whitstable to view a CLK Mercedes we'd seen online. We were approached by Mathew and Stuart on the forecourt who made us feel welcome from the start , from then on we left to view the many of the lovely cars that were displayed for sale. We didn't purchase the car we'd seen online ,we were offered a car that had just arrived into the showroom, it was a lovely car with very few marks on it although there was a few touch ups needed to be done,we were promised all would be taken care of if we were to purchase it. After an enjoyable time negotiating with no pressure we all came to a lovly jubbly deal which we was pleased with and Mat and Stu were pleased after all it was bank holiday Monday and no one works for nothing especially bank holidays ! When we picked the car up the following Saturday true to their word the car was like brand new and all touch ups were done. We were very pleased with the service and will return when we want another Mercedes car. Mat and Stu you're not plonkers you're the good guys. Ps so glad you talked us out of having sign writing on the side of the car reading "Trotters Independent Trading" the car looks nicer without it.”

“I travelled from Norfolk to buy my car, I was told the car would be ready for me and was in immaculate condition, I wasn't disappointed!! “Absolutely amazing service from Stewart and his team. I have full confidence in the Mercedes I purchased from them. They even went the extra mile in their service to collect me from the train station and drive me into town. The car I bought is driving perfectly and in an excellent condition. “This review has been written by an extremely happy customer. I recently purchased a Mercedes A180 from Northover Cars. I first saw the car on the website and to be honest, I was somewhat dubious as it was everything I wanted. I called Northover Cars to enquire about the car further. I also explained my reservations which included that I lived just over 60 miles from the dealership. Staurt reassured me that the car was exactly as described and so I began my journey. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and genuine. I was provided with the keys and allowed to go and view the vehicle without being accompanied which was nice as there have been occasions where I have felt rather pressured when accompanied. I was then offered a test drive which may I highlight was probably one of the things I loved most about the purchase of my car. I was taken on a 10 mile test drive, both through the town and on the motorway. This gave me a real feel for how the car drives. When we arrived back at the dealership, I was shown the paperwork for the car and at this point, I really knew this car was the one. I explained to Stuart that although the car seemed to be fine mechanically, I have never previously purchased a car without having my mechanic check it over first. Stuart was completely understanding. He informed me that I could put down a small deposit and that the car would be held for me until my mechanic checked it over. He also reassured me that should any faults be found, they would try their best to rectify them prior to me completing the purchase. My mechanic went to view the car two days later and he was impressed. Furthermore, he was speechless which is rare. He commented on the quality of the car as well as how professional the staff were. I completed the purchase a few days later. I would definitely recommend Northover Cars. Thanks again Stuart and co.”

“It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Northover cars, their professional approach was very much like a breath of fresh air having previously walked away from main dealers after being in the showroom only a short while. If you are looking to purchase a quality used prestige car, look no further. “When I set out from my home on the 74 mile journey to Northover Cars I had not expected that at the end of the day I would be driving home in the Mercedes E Class convertible that I had seen on their website, but that’s exactly what happened! On arrival, after the introductions, Stuart offered me the keys to look over the vehicle and a cup of coffee. There was no pressurised sales pitch, I was able to thoroughly look over the car and satisfy myself that it was indeed in tip-top condition and a perfect example for the year. Stuart then valued my vehicle and during the negotiations he mentioned that it would be possible to drive it home today, something I had not expected at all. We then had a relaxed test drive again with no pressurised sales involved. Back at the office with the deal done, the Mercedes went off to have a fresh MOT and I was chauffeured into Whitstable by Stuart to have a look around and find some lunch whilst the car was prepared. An hour or so later a further chauffeured trip saw me back at the dealership signing the paperwork, MOT complete, 5 day free insurance organised, and the car was mine, Stuart even paid for my toll back through the Dartford crossing. Buying from Northover Cars was a very pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“I have recently purchased a Mercedes estate from Northover Cars. The car was well presented and fairly priced. The advert was honest and reflected the car well. They deal with the more prestigious cars and they all seemed well presented. They were hard on the money with little flexibility with movement on the asking price, however as already stated the price seemed fair within the current market. They dealt with my transfer of personal number plate and guided me through the relevant documents, while I was there. I was also able to drive the car away the same day. There after care has also been good, which would encourage me to return to them or recommend them to others.”

“I bought a MB 250 CDi AMG Sport 7g Tronic from Northover Cars which was delivered to my home on the 4th May. I absolutely thrilled with the vehicle and the overall service I have received from Northover. The car is a welcome addition to vehicles in our North Hampshire Rural Community and even has some local farmers who have bored me for years with stories of their tractors and combine harvesters drooling with envy! First class car from a very professional garage.”

“First time I've bought a car without viewing and a test drive! saw it online on Tuesday evening, spoke to Stuart Wednesday, confirmed and paid deposit on Thursday, car arrived 9.30am Friday !!! to my home in Ormskirk, West Lancashire. Steve the driver had taken the car for a wash locally and explained everything fully. Absolutely delighted, exceeded my expectations, first class company and would not hesitate to recommend them.
