We regularly feed our greyhounds on webbox Logs they always never leave any we usually purchase from Sainsbury but they have been out of stock so I had to purchase direct from you. Now find Sainsbury has it on there shelf again.

Not impressed ! Delivery said around 5-7 days. Waited a week. Nothing. Asked where order was , was told they’d sort it asap. Waited another 7days and asked again and then told them to refund. They said they’d cancel order but then magically it arrived three days later and no refund was given. Won’t be using again

The products I ordered were fine. The communication and delivery was not. Waited 3 & half weeks for one of my orders to arrive, even though they said it had been dispatched after 5 days- after I had asked them. contacted them multiple times to try and find out what was happening- no replies. Got an email telling me my delivery was coming, but never received the info from courier, when I asked again for some clarification no reply. Put a complaint in through the complaint form on the website, no reply. No explanation as to why my order was late, no help to let me know what was going on. Had to go and buy dog food locally while I waited because the delivery didn’t come in the time stated, paid a delivery charge on the order too. To make it worse, the delivery note that came in the box said it had been sent 3 days after I ordered it!!! So something had obviously gone wrong and no one could tell me that plain and simple so I was aware! Initially thought this looked like a cool little company that I could get stuff for my cats and my dog, but terrible experience with their customer service or should I say lack of, has made me rethink using them again.

Dog loves the product, that's why I bought it, unfortunately the 5 working day delivery actually worked out at 10, even after contacting them it still took another 5 working days for it to be delivered, very tardy.

Was a bit worried to begin with as it was taking more than 5 days to arrive but both parcels turned up just now and I have a VERY happy mutt. Just finished his last roll. If you are still keeping the Webbox in stock will DEFO be using you again. Thanks for sorting this out so quickly. 👍👍

Wish I read the reviews like others before ordering! Delivery took forever, items were missing when it arrived. Tried contacting by phone and email with no response. Had to request a refund through my bank.

Would never order from this company again. Had to order from other company as well due to this one being so slow Had to get on to customer services to get the delivery out

The product was great but not exclusive to this firm. I ordered 4 dog beds but they took almost a month to arrive. Customer service was pretty casual. Shall not be buying from this company again, which is a pity as I try and support small businesses.

Firstly, I ordered dog food, 1 day before delivery they contacted me and said that it's not available. They offered me different cheaper food for the same money! I asked for refund. I've been trying to get my refund since 27th July. It tak s them 2-3 weeks to reply to an email if they reply at all. Very slow and annoying. Today is 12th September and I'll have to contact my bank and force the refund this way. Absolute scammers. Don't trust them.

To put it simply, they stole my money, unfortunately I ordered from them and then read reviews, my mistake, I did eventually get a refund from my bank. I will be reporting them to Trading standards, I urge anyone who didn't recieve their goods to do the same.

Poor service and didn't get it right in the end. I was told a could have a refund because of the time my order was taking then I received my order having obtained one already from another supplies.

I received the wrong order from Not In The Dog House (turkey treats, instead of the chicken treats ordered and which were listed on the delivery note. My dog is allergic to turkey so cannot have these. It is now a week later and I have had no response to my emails from Not In The Dog House and, as they do not have a published phone number, it makes this impossible to resolve with them.

All those 1 star reviews...well here's another. No goods arrived (and quite a hefty order). Zero emails explaining why. That welcome email from Will is a joke...these are scam artists. I requested a refund and was told relatively quickly it would be issued. Nearly 4 weeks later and nothing...and no response when chased. Time to speak to the bank and Trading Standards. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Totally fed up. Given them lots of opportunity to send my order but not received anything. Now no response to another message. So I’ll not be using this company again and hope to get my money back soon.

Avoid at all costs. My order was not fulfilled. I emailed to chase it up, was told it would be sent, then all further emails were ignored. Like many other customers, I was ignored until I threatened to resort to trading standards. I have been told a refund will now be issued but this has not happened yet. Really awful company.
