“Only received half of what i paid for, other half never turned up so in the end I paid double for what I received. Numerous emails sent trying to find out where the other half was or get my money back! Useless. Nobody got in touch. Never use these they rip you off. Will be putting same review on trust pilot so hopefully other people don't get ripped off.”

“Bought a 2 in one dog coat with removable fleece so it's both waterproof and warm. Easy to put on with velcro fastening. Excellent value for money at £13.99.”

“Purchased Webboc Chump rolls as they are now proving difficult to source locally. Once they arrived (7 days from order) we found three of the rolls had burst their packaging and had to be thrown away. I emailed the company - their customer promise is a response in a day from receipt. Well, here I am more than a week later and....zip, nada, nothing has been forthcoming. 'Not in the Dog House' - oh yes you are!!!!!!!!!”

“Customer service is atrocious. Full of lies. I dealt with ‘Amy’ and once I questioned a few things she started to ignore my replies. Order never arrived and when contact is made they fob you off saying they will chase the order. They email again to say the tracking information will follow and it never does. They then don’t respond to requests of refunds, just sends an automated reply that your query will be dealt with within 2 working days, yet the response nor refund comes Don’t waste your money using this company!!!!”

“No delivery after 3 weeks, no tracking number, no contact phone number, no response from the company after numerous emails. Very poor service would about buying from them, they are happy to take your money but no goods turn up.”

“Avoid, avoid, avoid........ This company takes your money and runs!! I've ordered from here over 2 weeks ago, my order has not arrived!! I've emailed chasing my order and I get a response advising they will look into it and they will come back to me to update me! Yeah of course you will, no further update. “Just been scammed by Not In The Dog House. Paid for product, it never arrived. Chased and chased and although emails logged as received, there was no reply from them. HSBC raised a dispute and i got money back. Then I investigated the mountain of negative customer experiences.... What a fool I was !”

“After ordering I didn’t receive any tracking information, I tried to request this with no luck and just kept getting the same response, sometimes I wouldn’t get a response! For weeks this went on and after repeatedly trying to find out where my order was I requested a refund, again this went on for weeks with no contact! And then out of the blue again, with no contact from them, they gave me my refund. Do not waste your time with this company, I live quite close to the companies manufacturing warehouse so I didn’t think delivery would be an issue!”
