“Still waiting for the dog bed that I ordered on the 1st May Contacted them a few times by email and they said each time that they are going to send tracking number shortly, but they never do I’ve asked which courier they use and I’ve had no reply so I think they are ignoring me now So I’m still waiting as I’ve got to wait 30 days until I can contact my bank to help fight this and get my money back , hopefully I can get a refund for the £55.00 I’ve just spent with this awful company.”

“The only way I got money back from this awful company was to go through my bank, Barclays were excellent, I would advise anyone who has had the same issues to contact their bank, good luck I hope everyone eventually gets their money back”

“You asked for a review so this is the situation. I’ve not yet received my items despite chasing 4 times. It’s into week 5 now and no sign. Your website said delivery in 5 working days. I love to support small businesses, but trust and transparency are vital to that. I would not buy from you again. I just hope my £100 worth of provisions for my new puppy (still waiting for her bed) turn up….”

“It's been a month, since my order. Been told it is with the courier. But nothing since. I have sent several emails. I will calling them tomorrow for a refund. It's not a small amount of money spent, so I am worried.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They falsely advertise products and then when they don't arrive fail to process a refund (which is why they don't offer paypal as a method of payment). I have complained to the Insolvency Service about them as given the experience of so many others they should be shut down!!!”

“I have neither received the goods nor a refund. I have had two emails telling me that the items have been dispatched, one after I'd received a message saying that the order had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund. The subsequent questions need to change so that Goods Not Received can be added.”

“Have had 2 emails asking me to rate products that I STILL haven't received! The order is from 21st April & still no sign of the goods. Have left phone messages - no reply - & no response to my last 3 emails. I have now contacted my Credit Card company for advise.”

“I've now been asked twice to leave a review for goods ordered on 23rd April, supposedly dispatched on 5th May, that I still haven't received. They care that much. Avoid.”

“I ordered dog food in Feb. and was impressed by the email I received immediately, thanking me for supporting a small business. However, despite numerous emails from me asking what has happened to the order,and promises that I would shortly receive tracking for it, nothing has arrived.Phoning is impossible, emails are not answered.I have consulted Which?Legal and followed their advice, but so far no refund or dog food. This firm does not deserve any support- avoid.”

“I don’t recommend and won’t order again. Ordered couple of things 29 of April. 5th of may received message that the parcel is on its way. No tracking number. It seemed a bit long so I chased, unfortunately haven’t heard back.”

“Dreadful experience. Placed an order 20th April and still waiting. Emails have been sent and it is always on its way. Money was taken out of bank. I continue to chase my order and it is now 13 May 2023.”

“Didn't receive my parcel within the time frame specified. I asked for an update I.e. tracking details, which courier the package was with and status update. None of this was provided. After continued follow up with limited to no response, I have requested a refund. They did respond ASAP to confirm receipt of email and that a refund will be processed within 5-10 days. Hopefully I receive this on time. For me the real lack of clarity around the delivery, by being unreliable and not having tracking details it makes it really hard to plan out your dogs food. Really disappointed as I like to support small business' where I can. After reading the reviews, with many aligning to my own experience. I will not purchase from here again.”

“If I could give it a no star I would. After weeks of asking for a refund we had to go through the charge back with the bank as never received the goods and the refund was never going to happen. Avoid at all costs.”
