Still not received my order after 20 days, will not shop with them again sent 3 email only one sent bck.

I have emailed but still no response, Opened my package for the seams of the dog crates were undone on both. Very disappointed

Delivery taking too long. ORDER #107811 we were told it was on the way on 20 September. Over a week later and it has yet to arrive. The dog is getting hungry ;-)

This company are awful I have not had any of my products since ordering three weeks ago and despite lots of assurances they the pfpucts have been shipped. Awful will never use again

I brought a MP Bergamo Sonny Classic cream 80cm dog bed and on delivery the man who delivered asked me to open the package whilst he was present as the box that it came in was so torn and battered and just sellotaped back together in which he thought the item inside must of been damaged but when I opened it the dog bed was not cracked so I said it was ok and he left happy with that but later on making the bed up for my dog I noticed that the plastic base was not that tough or rigid as when pressure was not applied it popped up as if something had stretched the plastic. I also knew that the base should not be like this as my dog had a same bed that I had brought from a shop that I had accidentally stepped on and cracked it so this one was to replace it but the quality was not great or as good as the old one. I would send it back and either ask for a replacement or money back but such a difficult item to send back. Therefore I will wait for a response from the owner of The Dog House to my review to see what they suggest in answer to my review.

My order hasn’t arrived (still!!!) so can’t review it but am not happy at the length of delivery time!

I never received my order after 3-1/2 weeks. I was never able to speak or email.anyway but idiotic AI which told me yo write my reply above a line which didn't work on my phone. Not In the Dog House is the worst service I have ever received. I was told this weekend my order would be replaced. Of course it has not. And the pathetic we are busy preparing your order and we are a small independent business yeah so why do they have AI.

Absolutely would not recommend. Didn’t send order, ignored all communication, sent fake tracking info. Had to dispute to get a refund which I finally have a month later. They have turned commenting off their social media and have the worst reviews. Will never order again.

DO NOT USE!!! After a week of emails about an order I’m constantly told it’s been despatched and I will get a tracking number…but nothing?!! It’s over £50 order too, I’m furious and looking at the reviews it seems like they need to be closed down!!!

Awful service. Ordered over three weeks ago. Still not received puppy food. Not received tracking information. We were left with no food for our puppy as it didn’t arrive in time (at all). Had to buy a similar but different food than what she was on before coming to us which isn’t ideal. I emailed multiple times to find out where my order was. I received a reply apologising my order was late but should be received soon ( two weeks ago) still no order and no response to following emails. I tried to cancel my order after having to buy from else where - still not had a reply or refund. That was over a week ago.
