Dear, Willian James , shop owner I ordered dog treats (#124947 on the 7th of April, and #123380 on the 20th of March, I waited a whole month ). I haven't received either of them. I sent you many times my concerns including a refund request. You made many excuses not a refund, not sending the replacement whatever. I found out your business is NO good at all. Many customers are losing money every day. I am also one of them. If you do not have any stock of dog foods. You should be honest and tell customers that you can not supply to us. I really disappointed with your running way of business and never visiting your web site. Hopefully, other customers won't be upset about their purchase from you any more.

ordered 2 dog coats - never received them !! I paid £43 for the 2 PLEASE GET IN TOUCH AND TELL ME - WHERE ARE THEY i WAS RELYING ON THEM FOR ALL THE WET WEATHER WE HAVE HAD wILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU IN THE FUTURE VERY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

I payed and placed my order but despite numerous emails asking when the order would be delivered. I received several replies stating that the order had been despatched but 3 weeks later still no delivery. I have now contacted my credit card company for a refund as "Will" the owner has not or will not refund me. I will never order from this company again and advise anybody reading this review to look elsewhere for your pet food. Or even better look at the BBC Watchdog programme for their views on this company. Be warned !!!!

I have not received my product. Large antibacterial dog bed! I have emailed 3 times and telephoned twice!!! Please can I have a refund if you are unable to supply the product I ordered and paid for. Very disappointed ☹️

I will not be using your services again. My order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed 3 times with a response that provides no help or support. I will contact my bank for a refund as your company offers customers no support. Phone lines don’t work

Never ever would I order anything from your company. Disgusting customer service support with no delivery status updates. No communication lines where I can actually speak to anyone in customer services. Shoddy company. I have also shared my experience with Trustpilot. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I ordered some dog food which never arrived. They did not answer the phone, and took a long time to respond to emails, and sometimes did not respond at all. It seems they were selling things which they did not have in stock. Am still awaiting a refund.

Haven’t received order been a fortnight now no product to review about had high hopes about as it’s the only dog meat I can find too which my dog is accustomed to please hurry up my order as you have promised as my dog is waiting for her food

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this company and would not use them again in the future. The item, which was in stock took so long to be dispatched (despite receiving an email to confirm it had been 3 weeks before it actually arrived) that I had to cancel the order and request a refund. They confirmed the order was cancelled and refund would be processed in 5-10 working days. This time has lapsed and I have not received the refund but instead received the item which is no longer required due to the significant delay. I am awaiting a response from the company.

Still waiting for purchase, three weeks later...have since read reviews of the company and find I am not alone...waiting now to see if I get a refund...lots of folks in the same boat . Never again.
