“Ordered raw dog food over 2 weeks ago, got an email after a week to say it had been dispatched. Drlivery has not arrived. No tracking number or anything. Clearly raw frozen dog food needs to arrive ASAP after dispatch. Emailed 3 days ago but no reply. Will never order from this company again.”

“After over 2 weeks I still have not received my order. I have sent an email stating I have not received any shipping details or a tracking number, and the response I received was that I would receive a tracking number shortly. I still do not have a tracking number 3 days later, and no idea when I should be receiving my order. I ordered dog food 2 weeks in advance, and I have now run out of feed. The feed I buy is not readily available in stores which is why I have no choice but to order it online and I felt 2 weeks before I was due to run out was plenty of time. I feel the length of time for the delivery is far too long.”

“Goods not received, email after email sent and now no longer get a response and have the cheek to ask for a review. Well here it is. AVOID DO NOT USE - CHECK OTHER REVIEWS - KEEPS MONEY AND DONT REFUND”

“Absolutely disgusting!! Ordered a dog bed two weeks ago, they sent 2 emails stating item had been dispatched after a week, only after me sending 7 emails!!! Then they cancelled it. So order had never been dispatched and was probably never even in stock. Staff useless! Don’t waste time and money!”

“I have yet to recieved the items that I ordered. I have tried on many occasions to contact the company by phone but have never got through or been able to leave an email. I have also emailed in many occasions and each time have had a reply saying that I would get a tracking number from the delivery company shortly. I have never recieved this and have never recieved the products orders or got my money back.”

“Still have not received my order, no one answers the phone when you call and they have not been responding to my emails telling them to issue me with a refund. Nearly £80 for something I have not received! The company is a joke and if I could rate zero stars I would. Don’t buy from them!!!”

“Dog food meant to be delivered in 5 days! After 2 weeks finely arrived! Called and emailed several times but no luck or response. In the meantime I had to purchase food from elsewhere. Poor delivery time, very disappointing customer service. Will not be ordering from them again!”
