“Awful service. I have been waiting over a month and still not received my item. There has been little to no response to my emails questioning the whereabouts of my item.”

“I am very disappointed with service as I ordered a dog collar on the 19th April and am still waiting for it to arrive. I have had to purchase one from elsewhere so if it ever arrives then I will return it for a refund.”

“Is this some sort of joke I have emailed tried to call I can’t ever get through I ordered my dogs collar less and a toy minyan ago I still haven’t received it yet it’s supposedly been dispatched .”

“I would definitely not recommend this company. My order was placed on 15 March still no order or refund after many messages sent, they just take you hard earned money and then fob you off hoping you'll just give up.”

“Having placed my order on April 29 it’s now May 8th and I still haven’t received it. I could have ordered similar on Amazon Prime and received it the next day! When to add insult to injury you asked me to review the order..!”

“My dog food order was confirmed on 16.4.23. It was not passed to the warehouse until 27.4.23. There was no response to my answerphone message. The food finally arrived at the start of May. I will not be using this firm again.”

“Sadly I did not see any of the reviews before placing my order. It was very delayed and then sent to the wrong address. I still haven’t heard from them about either receiving the product or getting a refund. They never answer the phone and sometimes reply to emails, sometimes don’t. I would not recommend using them at all.”

“You put the wrong name and postcode on my parcel so that Evri couriers could not deliver it to me. Evri cannot be contacted so I still do not have my parcel, you promised me a replacement which I have not received or a refund. If I could have got away without giving any stars I would have”

“The box was drenched in the melting items inside. When the box was opened, the nuggets were mulch. No ice or suitable packaging to keep the food from melting. Appalling. On top of this, the delivery carrier could only hand the parcel in (leaving it at a safe place wasn't allowed). Considering the conditions the parcel was in after only a few hours unattended, I will not order again until they sort the whole delivery issue.”
