“I purchased a 12kg bag of Arden Grange Sensitive Adult Dog Food 12kg, it was the best price available on the web. Delivery took a little longer than anticipated but did not cause a problem. I was kept informed of the transaction throughout.”

“Order placed beginning of August, no tracking received no goods delivered, emails not replied to. Receiving emails asking for reviews of goods as delivered BUT NOTHING DELIVERED. The 1.5 rating tells a v sad story - either this business is not fit for purpose or it's customer service is poor. I'm collating my evidence to send to Action on Fraud.”

“I was sent an incorrect food products (different protein which my dog is allergic to so cannot use). One week and two emails later, I have not had a response as to how this will be resolved.. Lack of a published phone number means there is no way to follow up with a company that does not reply to emails in a timely manner.”

“While I appreciated email updates, delivery was very slow. Well packaged BUT I really don't like the dog bed I bought as the stuffing seems very inadequate. My older dog refuses to lie on it as its way too soft for her at 35kg even though its a bed for an extra large dog. When my puppy lies on it the filling puffs up round her but she is lying on the floor underneath her body as filling is patchy. I understand this is bad for joints. Disappointed as it was very expensive. And I need to source another bed now.”

“I purchased items and have only received half of my order, I have emailed to be informed my order is on its way ! It obviously is not as I believe that half got lost. I’m completely unhappy and will not recommend using this company again.”

“I am very pleased with my recent purchase from you - it arrived promptly in a strong box, which meant the contents were not damaged at all. Once opened, it looked just as if I'd picked the item up off a shop shelf. If you stocked the specialist dog food from Royal Canin which my dog needs, then I would certainly consider switching stockist and buy it directly from you.”

“We now have two of these coats for our dogs. Rosie was very warm In hers last winter and are totally waterproof. Lily has yet to wear hers but I love the fit of them the fact you can take the fleece lining out to make it just a waterproof coat. I’d totally recommend them”

“I was very pleased to find someone who sold these chews as it’s the only ones I’ve found that doesn’t upset her tummy. Very happy with the information I received when it took a little while to come. Elkwood sponge chews are excellent for training too. Also low fat. Won’t hesitate to buy from you again soon.”

“I made a bulk purchase of Bonio biscuits and apparently cleared out all the stock so had to wait a few extra days for my order. Customer communication was excellent so I was happy to wait for the order which arrived in good condition. Will shop here again.”
