“I have yet to receive my order. It appears my order was accepted even though product unavailable. I am still awaiting delivery for which I am charged almost £5 extra! Where is my dog food?”

“After numerous emails and trying to contact them by phone, no one has called me or answers the phone I still have not received my order from the 14/02/23. I am wondering if the company even exists if it does I am extremely disappointed and would not advise anyone to use the company. Terrible customer service.”

“Terrible ! Took ages to deliver then said they would send a refund then sent the food! After which I had already purchased it from elsewhere. Very poor customer service and terrible communication.”

“I purchased items off this company in June 2021. They didn't contact me to let me know that the items couldn't be dispatched. Two weeks later I contacted them to chase the order and they said that all 8 items were out of stock. They fobbed me off with promises to send the items asap for months, then with promises of a refund. They kept stringing me along until it was too late for me to claim the money back from my bank. The last time they responded to my emails was in September 2022 with more empty promises. Now they don't even reply when I chase the refund.”

“Only giving 1 star as I need to. Received wrong items and despite numerous emails and calls ti them haven’t had a reply. Phone rings for a bit then goes to voicemail with automated American accent. As a business owner myself it’s laughable that you don’t have the ability to have a successful business from hard work - you dupe people out of money. That’s really making something of yourself.”

“This company is not legit! They take your money and don't provide the goods. Ignore your emails and do not issue the refunds as they keep promising. I wish I had read reviews before ordering”

“Took 5 weeks to be delivered despite paying for a 4 day delivery was told it was on the way for over 3 weeks but it wasn’t and then told a refund would be done .to it then not being and the dog food suddenly being sent and tracking after asking for it for 5 weeks and then suddenly it turned up 5 weeks later despite after 3 weeks of waiting me asking to cancel and be refunded and it agreed . Terrible service all round avoid using them!”

“The item I purchased was taking weeks to arrive, at which point I had to buy an alternative. I messaged customer service to cancel the order. They confirmed that they would, and issue a refund. A week + later I received the item and don't have a refund. I messaged CS again and no one is responding to me.”
