Similar experience as others. Order placed 3 weeks ago and still no sight of it. Received a notification two weeks ago saying order is now at warehouse then nothing ever since. Contacted customer service and got one response saying dispatch information will be sent again that is 10 days ago and no response or update. It leads me to believe this company is a sham and should be avoided at all costs and will be raising a dispute with my bank to get money back.

Incorrect item sent, poor customer service offered to arrange the return and refund of the item. I try to support smaller companies where possible, sadly experiences like this put me off ordering again!

Ordered last Sunday, received a confirmation email on Monday saying order had been dispatched and I will get a tracking number shortly, we are at the end of the week and still no order or tracking number, despite sending emails that no one replies too I shall be contacting my bank on Monday and get them to chase a refund, would I use these guy’s again or recommend them, 100% definitely NOT.

Paid £7 for next day delivery and the item took over 3 days to come. Emailed them to request a refund for the next day delivery I paid twice and they ignored me. Poor service!

Paid for express shipping and my order arrived a week after I had placed it. I was told it would be refunded to which it wasn’t. Had to chase multiple times to get an update on where it was and was fed incorrect info. Won’t be using this company again.

It's been an absolute shamble, ordered late on a Friday and pay for express delivery, according to the website that should arrived within 2 working days, I would have thought that it would have been sent on Monday, latest Tuesday - still no tracking on Wednesday, I emailed them and they said it's been dispatched, got an actual dispatched email the next morning telling me it will be picked up that day from the business. I received the delivery on Friday afternoon and more than half the products are not what I ordered. I contacted them and they first offered a voucher for next order but at this point I no faith in this company and won't be ordering again. Asked for express delivery to be refunded as well as another gesture of goodwill for wrong items sent, got a reply confirming they have processed a refund and to expect it in 5 to 10 working days, emailed to confirm the amount will be refunded and it's now been silence radio Seriously avoid at all costs!

No sight of order placed two weeks ago. Received email last week saying order now at warehouse and nothing since then. Contacted customer service and promised tracking detail soon but still no sight of it. Agree with other reviews, should have done my due diligence and read the reviews before placing order. Will raise a goods not fulfilled dispute with my bank now and avoid this website going forward!

PLEASE ORDER FROM ELSEWHERE. Annoyed that I didn't check review sites first, which I would normally if I haven't used a business before. Goods and promised replacements not arrived, no tracking/despatch notifications so safe to assume company has my money and isn't fulfilling the order from 3 weeks ago. Raised claim with my bank as I'd be wasting time chasing.

Absolutely appalling service - waited and waited for notice of dispatch, which never came. I was only able to contact them via email who weren’t any help and stopped responding to emails after I requested proof of dispatch and a courier consignment number Gave up in the end and raised a dispute with my bank Personally, I won’t be using this company again and after reading a few of the reviews on here, it seems like I’m not the only one who’s had these issues. I’d avoid them

Lovely idea to treat your dog.. but it get the dogs name wrong.. I bought Ed a gift about 2years ago .. I think they mean Frankie… Long delivery.. not as specified.. had to email twice. When they dog finally got there present it was lovely.

Paid £6.99 for express delivery, it doesn’t state when ordering that they don’t work weekends so orders aren’t dispatched until a Monday. I could have paid for standard delivery and got it at the same time. I had to source the items elsewhere as it was later than expected, I sent an enquiry before they’d even arrived asking if the order could be cancelled and had an automated response saying ‘sorry your item isn’t what you hoped’. Not great!

My order still has not arrived, despite ordering 12.7.22. I have now run out of my dog's normal dog food and she is having to make do with a diffetent brand. Puts me off ordering on line in future.

Two issues (1) Ordered with express delivery from Not In The Dog House. Order did not arrive. Will from the company confirmed my order would be cancelled and refunded. This was not done. (2) Received an email with a reply to confirm subscription service. I did not respond and did not subscribe. Weeks later charged for an item I either did not order or subscribe to. This is not a reputable company.

I made an order and paid for express delivery. I did not receive my order for 8 business days - I had to contact them on several occasions as I did not receive an update via email. I also asked for a refund on the delivery costs which was totally ignored and by the third time contacting them, I asked for the order to be cancelled as it was for a specific event that had since passed. That request was also ignored and I kept being told the same answer (that it would be dispatched soon). When my order finally arrived (which was the "frozzy's" - frozen dog ice cream) they had completely melted in transit - whilst I appreciate the challenges of this, my dog's food is always delivered frozen (Butternut Box) and not once has it arrived even remotely defrosted. I never usually leave reviews but I had to as I was very disappointed by my first experience with Not In The Dog House.

Although I paid for express delivery the cake did not turn up until after the party and then it had clearly been dropped so all in all disappointed with the service I received. Our dog did enjoy the cake however.

I ordered frozen dog food and ice cream from Not in the Dog House. Most of it had defrosted by the time it arrived. They sent it by overnight delivery. It was hot, but it was forecast to be hot. There was nothing on the outside of the parcel to keep the outside from defrosting. I defrost things in my fridge overnight, so how on earth did they think it would stay frozen in a hot van/warehouse. There was 1 very small ice pack in the middle of the parcel, which had stayed frozen. I would say 30% still frozen, 70% defrosted. I will not be ordering from this company again.
