I have never received the items which were ordered in December. I have chased them many times by email, phone and letter. I did receive an email after posting a letter "recorded delivery" a couple of weeks ago which said that order was being passed to their warehouse and that I would receive tracking in due course. Needless to say, no further communication from them and order hasn't been received.

My items never arrived. I emailed several times. To be fair to them they do answer you but seem powerless to do anything about the lost items. Received contradictory emails, one saying my items had been dispatched and then later getting another one telling me they were yet to be dispatched. All very confusing, very time consuming and not recommended at all. You would have thought they’d offer something for the inconvenience and time I spent trying to chase this up, especially as some of the items were for my dog’s birthday, which I told them about and which had by then been missed, two weeks after ordering. Unfortunately not. When I said I’d been waiting too long and needed my money back, they just said they’d refund me and that was that. No attempts to call me despite me also leaving my number several times and no attempts to try to resolve the situation without me having to ask for a refund, which really was a last resort as I would rather have just received what I purchased. Not a happy experience. Such a shame as I’m sure the company’s intentions are good but unfortunately they are inefficiently run and do not have a reliable delivery service.

Ordered on 10th Jan. After several emails, promises of dispatch, promises of tracking number, promises of delivery, STILL NO DOG FOOD. Had I looked at the reviews, I would NEVER have trusted them with my money, which they were quick enough to take. As far as they're concerned, my dog can go hungry. They say they're a caring company HA HA Bloody HA. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO RETURN OF GOODS..........YET I'D LIKE TO GIVE THEM MINUS POINTS, BUT CAN'T. NEVER AGAIN, and I have let dog-walking friends know about this DREADFUL company.

If I have to go to my bank to ask that they refund me before you despatch one bag of dog food, you're not for me. It took 5 weeks. Not good enough.

I still haven't received my order. After almost two weeks, I emailed to ask if I could choose something else or cancel my order, I was told my parcel had been dispatched to EVRI. I usually receive an email from them to say they have my parcel....nothing this time? My dog hasn't commented.

Ordered on 7th delivered 27th. No customer service, poor communication and no explanation as to why the order which should have been received in 5-7 days as per website, took as long as it did. I suspect it would have been longer if I had not made contact. Also the email host uses Zendesk so good luck getting through to a human…needless to say I won’t be using this ‘service’ again.

Non existent customer service - no replies to calls or emails after numerous attempts. 3 weeks after ordering some dog food - it arrived even though I had emailed to cancel the order!!!

A 2 week wait for my order. Wrong items delivered despite the enclosed invoice showing what I actually ordered. Emailed them requesting my correct order be sent and had no response. Would never use this company again. Very poor customer service!

Please don’t order from this company. I ordered dog food and treats for my puppy which took 4 weeks to arrive, my puppy needs a lot of food and I had to order from elsewhere (which came NEXT DAY) I shall never order from here again, and please, if you value your pets and your money, don’t order from this company. They also will never reply to your emails and if you comment on their social channels, they delete it. I’m so disappointed, I’m sorry if the company is going through a rocky patch in this climate, my advice would be to close all orders until you can work on this, as by the looks of the reviews, this is a large scale problem.

I placed my order on 10th January and still have not received it. The dogs will run out of mixer in two or three days. (31-01-23).
