I placed my order on 11th December. It was not shipped until 17th January. I left it January to start chasing. Nobody replied to my voicemail and I had to chase order three times via email before the order was despatched and then with no apology for the delay.

Didn't get my order in the time frame I was suppose to and only had it after I asked for a refund the same day I had a delivery update.

As with others, I placed an order 17th December and am still waiting for delivery. I’ve been told it was dispatched but never received any notification. They said they’d send it again, still no notification and they aren’t responding to emails and the phone number is an automated message saying there is no one available. When I first ordered they were lovely, back & forth on emails with some queries etc. Friendly and helpful, family run business they said. If something has happened to their supply chain or they’ve had some sort of emergency I’d sooner they just respond and be honest, put a notice on the website, whatever. Just communicate. Things happen beyond our control but this behaviour is doing nothing for their reputation, I certainly won’t order from them again now.

Ordered 2 Danish Design coats on 2/1/23, and wish I had read the reviews on here first. Like others I first received a generic email saying my order was running late. I contacted them after hearing nothing else, and got the generic email saying my order had been dispatched, but no tracking information arrived. I contacted them again by email, as no one answers the phone, and again got exactly the same generic email saying it has been dispatched. Have now asked for a refund, but don't hold out much hope. Have also put 1 star review on their website, but surprise, surprise it isn't showing. Terrible company, avoid unless you want to lose your money.

Do not use this company. As with other customers, money has been taken but no goods. Not responding to emails & telephone cuts off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Same as everyone else. Bought dog food on the 14th dec, was told it was despatched then received an email saying sorry for the delay... We will tell you when its despatched - very confusing!! U requested a refund/cancellation on the 3rd Jan and again on the 17th jan and still waiting. Spoke to my bank who said no refund has been initiated still. Fuming - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I asked to cancel the order, and it was acknowledged to cancel. However it still turned up. Even though I had reminded them on three occasions that I have cancelled it.

Disgraceful service I'm sorry to say. Whenever I (at least 4 times) called to find out about my order, the phone always went into automatic answer mode informing me that someone will call back within 48 hours. Fair enough. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting. Email enquiries have also gone unresolved. I'm not a difficult person, I just expect a reasonable level of service. My order has now finally arrived. Not good...

I seem to have had a similar experience like many disappointed customers. Two items for my dog were ordered back in early November 2022. They have never been received despite apparently having been sent three times. Numerous emails, just under 30 telephone calls, facebook and instagram messages have all gone unanswered. I feel incredibly sad that if this is a genuine small company they are struggling to fulfil orders and not being upfront with customers. May I suggest to all of you who have had the same issues - keep a record of the number of times you have tried to contact this company and how. If you paid by credit card or paypal approach them to recover your money if your goods have not been received within 30 days unless the company has advised of and provided a reason for the delay. If you paid by debit card go to your bank and ask for a chargeback. It is your money you have paid over for goods and if you have not received them you are entitled to your money back. Finally, it is important that you all contact trading standards. The more times they are advised of the failure of this company to fulfil paid orders the more likely it is the company will be investigated. Be fair, be kind, be honest. This company should behave in the same manner. If the company is genuine, it will stop taking orders until they have resolved whatever mess they find themselves in.

I thought the email asking for my opinion was a joke. Ordered on 24th Nov because my dogs were desperate for food and only this company showed stock. Still waiting. No food. No refund. One of my dogs died (did change of food contribute?) All negative reviews are deleted and I have seen many unhappy customers. I want my money back.

I have not received my products. I ordered 21 days ago. I was told 7 days ago the products were on the way but the tracking shows that they have not left yet. It's a shame as I want to support a family-run business.

Do not but from the company. I ordered some coats on the 14th of December when still haven’t even been dispatched. They are ignoring my emails and I can’t get through to them on the phone. I got an email about a delay In dispatch on the 21st of December and I haven’t heard anything since

Placed an order for £58 on 11 December 2022. No order received, no tracking information received. No answer on customer service telephone line when called. Had requested a refund on two emails. No response from any emails I have sent in the past week. So, I am now out of pocket £58, with no indication of what is now happening with this transaction. Very disappointed. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Order placed 10th December 22 for 2 dog jackets Not received them. Promised order on its way 10th Jan. Still not received. Now 24thJan. My money has been taken. Not able to contact via phone or email despite repeated efforts. Disgusted.

Ordered a rain coat for my dog on 8th January. Contacted NiTDH on 14th Jan as not received. I was advised it had been despatched and I should receive tracking info..none sent. Item still not received and definitely not despatched. Contacted customer service again on 20th January. Told item probably lost in the post. I have requested another be sent and received by 28th or a full refund required.
