Unfortunately the order didn’t arrive in time and communication was poor throughout. We have since weened our pup off of the food we ordered so no longer need it

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THE GOODS DO NOT ARRIVE. I WISH I'D LOOKED ON TRUSTPILOT PRIOR TO PLACING MY ORDER. YET TO RECEIVE REFUND. DISGUSTING!

Don't waste your money all the other bad reviews are 100% correct No item's delivered ,customer service Amy seems like she looking into it but just paying lip service. After a few emails you won't even get a response ,unable to contact by phone always answer machine. Amazes me how they are still in business.

Ordered 4 May and still not received goods. Emailed customer services several times. Take days to reply and don't provide information requested such as tracking numbers. I don't think they ever dispatched my order as they won't provide the information and no tracking number or details has ever come from a courier. The last email from them several days ago said "I can see your order was dispatched. If it has gone missing I can send a replacement". I replied and asked to send a replacement. Still no goods, tracking number or even confirmation they are sending a replacement. Terrible customer service, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Order placed on 3rd April, still awaiting delivery on 24th May, despite emails saying that they will check with the warehouse and even one saying delivery on its way. Poor customer service.

I ordered some puppy food and as after 2 weeks I still had not received anything I chased. I received an apology and an assurance that it would be sent on that day. Fast forward another 2 weeks and I email again to cancel my order this time and request a refund. I was told this would be processed within a week. This was over 3 weeks ago, still no sign of either the puppy food or the refund

I ordered Natures Menu - Raw Meals Mulitpack 12x300g (Frozen) on the 3rd April 23. Goods never arrived even after multiple communications stating order was on its way. It's in the warehouse awaiting delivery. It never arrived. 10th May I asked for a refund and was told I would get a refund but need to wait a further 5 - 10 working days. This time has now passed and still no goods and no refund. Its been almost 2months now. SERIOUSLY ID SHOP ELSE WHERE. I will now seek recourse via my credit card claim.

I ordered some items on the 4th May and had an e-mail to say they were on the way - still not received them. I contacted them by e-mail and customer service said they were on the way and I would receive tracking, never came. She said in the second e-mail that she would check with the warehouse and ask them to be dispatched and would send tracking. I have tried to tell her I will be on holiday and will have to bother a neighbour to look out for them and I need to know a rough delivery date - not replied to that question. I have tried phoning and have been told someone will get back to me - nothing at all. I have given her my mobile number in the hope she will tell me if they have been dispatched and a rough delivery date. I am far from happy about the situation.

AVOID! They won’t deliver your order and won’t provide any explanation why not?! Weeks later they have sent an automatic email “sorry for delay your order will be with you soon. Another week - nothing. You have to chase them for a full refund.

William James Wright who is the director of this “company” is a thief and con artist. Do not order from this company, they will not deliver or refund your money. Placed an order 6 weeks ago, no refund or goods received.
