Order was extremely late and communication from them was less than inadequate. Will not be buying from here again

Two items ordered - Dog coat and a Dog collar. Dog coat delivered and satisfactory. Dog collar was not in the package when delivered although it appeared on delivery note. Repeated requests to Customer Services for either refund or supply of the Dog collar have been ignored. Will not use Not in the Dog House again.

Terrible service waited 1 month for first crate, 2weeks for the second and 1 week for the third. Not been given an order number or a delivery date. None have arrived. No one to talk to on customer service. Asked for a call back no response now asked my money back. According to the website it’s out of stock!! Planning on going to Trading Standards

Do NOT buy from this company They charged me £30 for 2 dog harnesses. They never arrived and never responded to any emails or telephone calls. They have basically stolen my money

Very disappointed so far. Placed order 20/12/22, now 11/1/23 and still no sign of it! Queried what was going on as hadn't received dispatch email or tracking info. Even though the Web site promotes using both! Emailed company 29/12/22 to ask where order was. Quick response the same day, to say order had been dispatched and if missing could replace. Then a week later on 05/01, I get an email saying order has been dispatched! Bit strange since told on 29th it was already dispatched. It's now 11/1 and still no sign of order. Then laughably I get email today asking for a review. I will review the product if I ever get them, in the meantime I can only review my ordering experiences.

Still waiting on my second package - only received one and extremely late. Furthermore, the package I did received was ripped and torn. Very disappointed. As mentioned, still waiting on the second package arriving despite these being ordered at the beginning of December.

After placing an order in November I still have not received my order, I have received emails saying to look out for a tracking number - no tracking number received, nor order received and now not replying to any of emails. DO NOT order from this company.

Absolutely shocking, to read all the bad reviews online this company is getting . I only wish I saw them before placing my order for two dog beds . It’s been over a month and they still haven’t arrived! I can’t get to speak to anyone and no one rings back! They said my order got lost and stated they would send a replacement, well still no replacement! I’ve requested a refund this week and only getting automated responses back . I just want my money back so i can buy two beds from another business. How can a business in this day and age take your money and supply you with No products and get away with it! Absolute disgrace!

After placing an order on the 16th December costing £46.50 I still have not received my order, I have received one email on the 7th January saying to look out for a tracking number - no tracking number received, nor order received and now not replying to any of emails DO NOT order from this company unless you want to throw your money away

I placed my first (and last) order on 6 December including Christmas gifts for family dogs. It did not arrive until between Christmas and New Year. When l opened it, some of the items were missing and some unordered items were in there. I have sent several emails and tried to phone. Absolute silence apart from a meaningless zendesk acknowledgement. Shambles. And now l see they are not paying suppliers. Do not trust.

I ordered and paid for a dog bed back in August 2022, the bed never arrived, after numerous emails I asked for a full refund. The owner (Will) confirmed by email a full refund will be sent. We are now January 2023, and after numerous emails, phone messages, I still have had no refund. They are now ignoring any contact/replying. They are stealing money from customers !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Still waiting on dog food i ordered on the 30th of December to be honest its ridiculous iv emaild 3 times and had one reply saying sorry for the delay that its been despatch but I still haven't had my tracking number . I will definitely not be ordered again.

I placed an order at the end of November and never received the goods. They instantly took the money from my account and sent an email confirming my order however I never got any kind of email to suggest it had even been sent out and I never received any tracking information. I have emailed the company on more than several occasions now and still haven't heard back from them...

Warning to other small businesses who wish to have their products stocked by Not In The Dog House. We are owed nearly £700 by them and despite employing the services of a debt recovery solicitor, we still have not been paid. It is not just customers who are affected by this company, sadly suppliers are too.
