“Mucked about with delivery's waiting two weeks and when I then told them to cancel as I had then ordered elsewhere. I received my items next day delivery after being told numerous times they were on their way. Only the fact I would have had to pay to return I have kept and returned others I had ordered. One of the cages has bent bars and one looks as to have been used. Have emailed twice. And guess what no reply. Would I buy from here again?? NOT A CHANCE”

“Do not use this site, takes over 2 weeks to deliver, when order comes it is missing items. After emailing countl3ss times I'm ensured that missing items are on their way,surprise surprise I've not received them. Very bad customer service also”

“Placed an order, had to wait for 3 weeks for delivery, contacted several times tried to cancel then goods arrived. Frozen items were very poorly packed and completely defrosted so had to be thrown away. 2 months later and still awaiting refund, shocking customer service and definitely would not recommend this company.”

“Had my order delivered on Saturday 13th August it was delivered damaged, complained to notinthedoghouse who offered to refund me so I agreed as I needed the food so ordered some elsewhere and so far no refund despite being told it was going into my account shortly and they have now started to ignore my emails”

“Item arrived damaged over 10 days ago. I was reassured a replacement has been ordered and cannot be given a delivery date and am now having emails ignored. I placed this order 3 weeks ago and to still not have the product is really disappointing. I haven’t even been offered a refund”

“Ordered forthglade dog food through this site by mistake (thought I’d clicked on the forthglade site!) dog food arrived and when I opened the two boxes some of them had been obviously treated roughly and some had split open so I messaged on Saturday they aren’t open on the weekend so waited til Monday to get a reply by which time I have had to order from elsewhere as didn’t want to use it in case they wanted it sent back, got a reply on Monday offering a refund which I accepted but haven’t received it yet despite three emails the last one being ignored completely! Will definitely make sure I order from a reputable site in future!”

“I wish I had read all the reviews before I used this sham company. My experience echoes virtually every other recent review. I ordered £53 of goods at the end of June and the order still says unfulfilled on the web site. Needless to say I have received no goods. I have requested a full refund 4 times to be told that it will be received within 7 to 10 days. Of course, I have never received my refund or goods. They are now ignoring my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I am now about to report them to Trading Standards.”
