“Do not use the company Not in the dog house. Close to 4 weeks after ordering my dogs tinned food it’s not arrived. I’ve sent numerous emails trying to resolve the issue with very minimal help from customer service. I would strongly advise another company. 0 Stars if it was possible”

“The order dated May 12th 2023 was advised delivery in next few days, never happened , eventually they advised that a refund was being sent , still not received, impossible to get them on the phone , the worst company I have ever dealt with , do not use them. Still waiting for the refund , hopeless company.”

“Unfortunately for me I have only just read some of the reviews and I've also had the runaround from them still not received an order from 3rd May and they keep saying its been despatched. I've learnt my lesson the hard way they've lied.”

“Buyers beware..! I have been given the runaround by this company for over 5 weeks. The goods I ordered never arrived and I am now attempting to get a refund.. but not holding my breath for a favourable result. I can only assume that this is simply a bogus trader with a website, who preys on unassuming customers in the hope that they just give up and go away when their orders don't turn up. There is no telephone number, so you can never speak to anyone. All communications are done through a messaging service, and responses to emails sent are not very forthcoming. They do, however, drip-feed the occasional apology for any delays, or assurance that the order is at the warehouse, or awaiting courier pick-up. I very much doubt that there is a warehouse, or even stock to sell... just some nice pictures and competitive prices on a website designed to entice people to part with their hard-earned money. They say hindsight is a good thing - since placing my order on 2 May, I have read countless negative reviews and a whole Facebook stream of angry customer comments, from people who have been conned out of their money.”

“I ordered something 3 months ago. After not receiving it after a month I asked for a refund. Despite them repeatedly saying that a refund is on its way, I have not received it. At this point I do not believe they have any intention of returning my money.”

“Ordered dog food about a month ago now and still hasn't arrived. Poor customer service if they decide to answer I get the same reply saying has been despatched and I will get tracking details. That doesn't happen. Made 2 orders at same time but only one arrived after much chasing. Now still £45 short and nothing to show. Asked for refund but just been ignored. Terrible service will certainly never use again and doubt my order or refund will ever arrive”

“Failed to fulfill order, after some 20 odd days sent me a dispatch notification, some days later i had still not received any tracking information, i requested a refund for the order, which should be with me at the end of this week. (Some 37 days after original order was placed) In the absence of stock, the right thing to do would have been to notify the buyer and invite them to purchase other items from the site up to the value of stock you were no longer able to supply at price advertised or offer a refund, what actually happened was weeks of silence, and my first communications ignored. 10/10 would avoid in future”

“Ordered on 6th May, no dispatch confirmation even 2 weeks later, asked for a refund on 22nd May, was told 5-10 w/ds, 23rd June had a dispatch email, 5th June still no refund and no items! We’re almost 5 weeks on”

“Place an order on 6th of may I still have not received it, and now it’s the 5th of June, I still haven’t received my package I asked for a refund on the 13th may still haven’t received it I’m having to go from my bank to get a refund. This is poor customer service I would highly not recommend this company/brand you get email saying it’s been it’s on his way where is it I would like to know I no longer till about my package. I want a full refund emailed you multiple times and all I’ve got it, we will trace it up and get back to you yet you never had go back to me”
