“I am still waiting for my order, three weeks up to now! enough said. Perhaps before asking for feedback, it might be worth ensuring the customer has received their goods, otherwise asking for feedback might be considered taking the mick as it were, just a thought. As for the question, Was your delivery on time? how long did it take? see where I'm going it starts to get rather offensive. Please please don't waste any more of my time and just deliver the goods. Perhaps if more time was spent on customer service than looking for a pat on the back, customers such as me and Toby (he's the dog) would be better pleased. Maybe tomorrow Tobes. Regards Kenny”

“We still haven't received our order - placed on 5th May 2023 - and we have left a voicemail message asking for this to be followed up, but have received no reply. We try to support small, independent businesses where possible, but we are disappointed that we have not been contacted.”

“For a month the update to my order was it had been dispatched but no tracking information was supplied and not delivered. Awaiting refund”

“My order was placed on 14th April, and I received the order confirmation right away. However, the item was not shipped for a whole month after! I had sent them no less than 5 emails to follow up, and each time I was told that they would get the warehouse to dispatch it right away. It took over a month for me to receive my order of one single item, which is just appalling. I wouldn't shop with them again.”

“Placed order. Chased up 5 days later, order hadn't been sent, told it would be straight away. Another 5 days, still not dispatched. Order was then cancelled. This was my first, and last, experience with this company.”
