“Placed order, payed, never received order, no response from company, having to speak to bank to get refund. Absolutely awful, should not be allowed to trade. DO NOT BUY FROM - NOT IN THE DOG HOUSE!”

“Do NOT purchase from this website. Whilst their products look great, I had to continually chase for my order where I was advised it was being picked and packed and would be sent out shortly. Eventually after several weeks of chasing, I asked for my order to be cancelled. I was advised it would take 5-10 working days, I am on day 12 and still have not received my refund. Again, I have chased and have been informed it has been processed, but unfortunately still not received. There is no phone number so you are only able to communicate via email.”

“I would rather give no stars. Their website is fantastic and their initial communication is good too however my order had not arrived after six weeks and all communication from them ceased. I wish I had read the reviews first. Recouped my money through the bank pending investigation.”

“I had placed an order with my main reason being for some raw food that my new puppy had been raised on. When my order arrived this was not in the order, I then had to call to query this, I was advised that they don’t ship that type of food for amounts under 8 kg! This should be stated at the outset as it would have saved me placing the order. I was told they would refund me for the raw food that was never delivered but I am still waiting on that. Which means I will have to waste further time following that up as well. It was a disappointing transaction.”

“I am not best placed to write this review as Alfie, my beloved dog is seriously ill with Renal Failure resulting in his appetite now being very poor with vomiting becoming a problem. I ordered your dog food because I liked the sound of it and hoped it might be appealing to Alfie. When he is in the mood to eat he seems to enjoy a little of Not In The Doghouse food with no vomiting and for that I have given a well-deserved FIVE stars.”
