“Ordered 2 x. Small bags of food. 13 days later . Still not stoves even though I had a email to say shipped . When emailed I was told it is still in warehouse I am now awaiting refund.”

“Took a month to be delivered, lies on emails, emails not responded too. Phone number never spoke with anyone. Eventually put a trust pilot review in and got a response and did eventually receive product.”

“They've taken my money but no dog food has arrived,they don't answer the phone and a recorded message tells you someone will call you back,they do not,no response to numerous emails,I've asked for my money back but no response to that either....DO NOT USE!!”

“I bought some sprinkles for a LickiMat. I was told that the items had been despatched & I would be sent a tracking link soon. This never arrived, I chased, was told it would be sent soon, it never came, I chased. Eventually, I canceled the order and requested a refund. I was told this had been processed, it didn't appear in my account, I chased, I was told it was re-requested. I'm still waiting for the refund. I won't use this site again and I recommend that you don't either”

“I ordered nutriment cat food as my cat is on a raw diet due to allergies. My first order was not dispatched. After waiting a week I emailed 'not in the doghouse' and was told it has been dispatched and you should recieve tracking info shortly. I did not receive any info and after waiting another 2 days I emailed again and was then told another order would be sent out - I've no idea what happened to my first one! When it finally arrived, (10 days after I initially ordered) I defrosted one tray, it is a funny colour, and my cat has refused to eat it! I have since then emailed the company and requested a replacement order be sent out. I've not had a response. Really unimpressed as a single mother with a cat that has very specific dietary needs, I can't just pop to the shop and buy it. I also cannot afford to throw money away on what is clearly "gone off" cat food! I will not be using this company again, I will go straight through the nutriment website in future.”

“Don't answer emails or the phone. Only sent my order out after 2 weeks as I left a 1 star review on trustpilot. Funny how they can reply to that. Shame as they have some good stuff”

“Well ordered dog food 2 weeks ago no communication after I've emailed 4 times and phoned left a message still no replay. Had to get another bag of food from somewhere else as ran out. Can't believe there lack of care for there customers. David”

“Warning do not order from this company as you will not receive your goods. After extensive research on this company William j Wright is nothing more than a thief. He has multiple companies listed some which have now stopped trading. He is making a fortune from this along with ECommerce Brands Ltd and Furniwork Ltd. Contact your bank to get your funds back even if you paid with Debit card as they will still refund you if you haven't received the goods. Next we need to bombard Trading Standards as he needs to be closed down because all he is doing is lining his pockets with your hard earned cash.”

“Do not use this company, paid money up front like everyone else and no goods.Report them to trading standards.Luckily for me HSBC have refunded my money even though I paid by debit card.”

“Ordered dog biscuits from this company 8 weeks ago and not received order. Have asked to cancel order in which they agreed and told me I would have my refund within 10 working days. 3 weeks later I haven't received my refund, no dog biscuits and not replying to emails. Avoid this company.”

“No goods arrived no customer service - they have taken my money - i am taking this up with my credit card company as illegal activity … they are useless no communication and taken my money with no goods sent … i will not use again”
