3 weeks ago I ordered just under £50 of Naturo Light dog food never came asked for refund SCMMERs do not use SHUT THEM DOWN You will not get a rsfund but they need shutting down and directors arresting

Placed order, payed, never received order, no response from company, having to speak to bank to get refund. Absolutely awful, should not be allowed to trade. DO NOT BUY FROM - NOT IN THE DOG HOUSE!

A familiar chain of events it would appear. Placed order, lied to about despatch. Order cancelled. Lied to about refund. Should not be allowed to trade, an absolute shambles.

Do NOT purchase from this website. Whilst their products look great, I had to continually chase for my order where I was advised it was being picked and packed and would be sent out shortly. Eventually after several weeks of chasing, I asked for my order to be cancelled. I was advised it would take 5-10 working days, I am on day 12 and still have not received my refund. Again, I have chased and have been informed it has been processed, but unfortunately still not received. There is no phone number so you are only able to communicate via email.

I would rather give no stars. Their website is fantastic and their initial communication is good too however my order had not arrived after six weeks and all communication from them ceased. I wish I had read the reviews first. Recouped my money through the bank pending investigation.

Only received half of what i paid for, other half never turned up so in the end I paid double for what I received. Numerous emails sent trying to find out where the other half was or get my money back! Useless. Nobody got in touch. Never use these they rip you off. Will be putting same review on trust pilot so hopefully other people don't get ripped off.

Purchased Webboc Chump rolls as they are now proving difficult to source locally. Once they arrived (7 days from order) we found three of the rolls had burst their packaging and had to be thrown away. I emailed the company - their customer promise is a response in a day from receipt. Well, here I am more than a week later and....zip, nada, nothing has been forthcoming. 'Not in the Dog House' - oh yes you are!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is atrocious. Full of lies. I dealt with ‘Amy’ and once I questioned a few things she started to ignore my replies. Order never arrived and when contact is made they fob you off saying they will chase the order. They email again to say the tracking information will follow and it never does. They then don’t respond to requests of refunds, just sends an automated reply that your query will be dealt with within 2 working days, yet the response nor refund comes Don’t waste your money using this company!!!!

All wet dog food cans were heavily crushed. I wrote to customer service and heard nothing back. Very very disappointed.
