if you look in company house you will see this a company in severe debt. They take your money, and do not send an items, nor do they give a refund. This is really a very illegal operation that needs to be shut down.

Do not buy from here, I ordered an item for around 50 pounds, after months of telling me it is stick, they then agreed to refund, a month later this still has not happened, and having chased them, they reply offering the item, which they still dont have or again pretending that they will do a refund. Neither the item or a refund has happened. I suspect they have no stock at all, and serious money problems.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are quick to take your money even though the goods you require are not in stock, then you have to email them weekly for a refund which goes on for weeks, luckily PayPal sorted my problem out.

The same as other reviews, item suggested in stock, but after awaiting delivery no item, chased and asked if I can wait for a few days as awaiting item to arrive. Waited a week, chased up and offered a refund accepted, waited 28 days no refund. So please do not use this company

Ordered from them back in June. No product received and have now been waiting for a refund that been “processed” now for several months. They are still taking orders despite ‘stock issues’ on what appears to be all their stock! Absolute joke. We WILL be showing up at their premises at Merlin House in Knaresborough!

Do NOT use this company, we placed an order on the 3rd May, after waiting a month for our delivery and several emails later we were offered a refund, we are still waiting for the refund and keep being told it is coming....I will be taking legal action. I do not understand how they are trading.

How is this company still trading?? I ordered dog food at the beginning of July. After waiting several weeks I emailed and was told it was out of stock. I am still waiting for a refund and it has now been well over two months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could them 0 stars then I would! Total bunk of jokers. I ordered an item in July which was showing as in stock. 10 days later no item arrived so I tried to contact them but they never answer the phone. Resorting to email they told me the item would be back in stock in 10 days. 15 days came and went and still no item. I recontacted and asked for a refund and was told this would be processed in 14 days. Great.. or so I thought! 14 days came and went and no refund. I emailed yet again to be told there were some issues with the payment system which have now been resolved and my refund was in progress. Another 2 weeks later and still I haven't had anything by means of a refund from them. Its now been over 2 months that they have had my money and not given me any product or refund. Save your money and go somewhere else, literally anywhere else other than this pathetic bunch.

Terrible company to deal with! Ordered an item, paid for Express Shipping (3 days). 7 days later, my item has still not been dispatched so I send an email to chase up only to be told my item had been dispatched that day and I would receive tracking information shortly. Fast forward 3 more days, 2 more chase ups for tracking information and no reply. They have processed a refund but subsequently cancelled the refund a few hours later and now no longer responding to my emails chasing up my money. As a result, the company still have my money - Upon digging further, the refund was cancelled by their bank account as they did not have sufficient funds to process the refund (£66). I am now having to go through the process to re-claim the refund through my bank account. Phone numbers do not work for the company, there is no response to any emails I am sending, this is pathetic.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered items tjat j didn't receive and same as everyone else no refund being fobbed off with 10 working days. Its been 3 months. Absolute joke. I feel like contacting trading standards.

Took my order and payment in June. No confirmation email. Now September and have chased at least 10 times for a refund - being told that it has been processed, then they're too busy and have a backlog, then it's been processed... Complete bunch of crooks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I have similar issues as other waited a long time for order and finally cancelled due to big delay etc and still awaiting refund , I would not recommend them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…. As others on here my order from June was not fulfilled. I gave them time as customer services said there were supply issues. Finally cancelled the order and was promised a refund. Still waiting!! Numerous excuses saying backlog with finance etc. Now seeking help from my credit card company.

No delivery, no refund. Shocking service. Unfortunately, I'm another example of a non-delivery. We ordered a dog bed back in June, I kept chasing but was told they were having 'stock issues'. I cancelled the order as I could buy the same bed elsewhere (PetPlanet, it was delivered next day) and I'm now waiting on a refund. I've chased this several times but keep getting fobbed off, its been almost three months now. Please avoid this shop like the plague, its very likely you won't receive your goods or get your money back. There are simply loads of other online companies out there that are only too willing to accept your orders, my advice is to use one of those instead.

I wish i'd seen these reviews before purchasing! Bought item on 24th June, paid for DPD postage in 3-5 days. About 18 emails later, no postage refund, and still no exact delivery date I'm at my wits end! Bought through apple pay so now spending time finding out if I can get a refund through them.

Would give zero if I could. As everyone else has said. Ordered an item, waited ages. Eventually I contacted them asking where it was and they kept saying it would be sent out at the end of the week. Months later, I demanded a refund. They never sent me a refund. Kept telling me it had been sent out, I just needed to wait 5 days but then it never appeared. Ended up making and winning a PayPal case against them and finally got my refund. To the company - stop making false promises. I get covid has messed some companies up, but that doesn't mean you needed to continually lie to me about when my item/refund would get to me. Just be honest. It's not hard.
