“Very poor as not received goods - it's now week 3 since the order and when I emailed and asked for an explanation as to the delay, I wasn't given one but told that the goods had been dispatched. Not good customer service!”

“On 28th February I ordered 6kg Arden Grange Light dog food plus Arden Grange crunchy bites light totaling £32.97 On 13th March I ordered a Danish sherpa dog blanket and a Fallow deer antler totaling £23.73 I have not received either order. I requested that the orders be cancelled and that I have a refund. I haven't had any refund or any message from your company apart from a message telling me that my refund would be in my bank between 5-10 days. I haven't received either the order or the refund.”

“Unfortunately, I have to join the many of the others in saying that I haven’t received my order or the refund I requested. Order was placed on 13th January, refund requested on 5th February and still no response to date (28th March). Very lucky there are fast reliable suppliers out there otherwise my dogs would have been starving! I would not have written this if there had been some form of acknowledgement or communication but there is none!”

“Just the same as everyone else, a con ordered dog food in February still not got it sent several emails and had several replies saying its been dispatched etc etc will have to contact credit card company to get my money back”

“Placed order 5th March, still no delivery. Have emailed twice and twice been told my order is being dealt with and I will receive a tracking details. Still nothing. Given so many customers are experiencing the same I suspect we are all being robbed by this disgraceful company.”

“Please don’t be fooled bu this seemingly lovely website and don’t order from them. I ordered a dog bed early January and inadvertently ordered the wrong size. I realised this immediately that I had done it, so messaged to explain but then foolishly ordered the correct size. So 2 orders totalling around £100. I had an email response to say they would refund the error. I have never received the refund nor the order. There is a recorded message on the phone and I have never received a response to my countless emails other than the one when they said they would refund and didn’t.”

“Terrible company!! I placed an order at the end of January and of course, it never arrived. I sent an email asking for a refund if they were unable to fulfil my order. I was told that the refund was being processed however two months and several emails later, still no refund ! Absolutely disgusting. I have no idea how this company is still trading ! NOT HAPPY !!”

“FIled to deliver despite numerous emails. The worst thing was getting a review email asking us to rate the service of something that hasn't even been delivered. No wonder they were featured on Watchdog. Claims of it being dispatched three times are just not credible. Worst customer service possible and complete failure to take responsibility for delivering the order 0/10 all round.”

“Haven’t received my order from over a month ago. Revived and email over a week ago saying it’s being dispatched and still nothing. I’ve try contacting them and received the message that there are no operators to take my calls. Dry poor! What is going on with this company?”

“Please do not order from this company! Order has not arrived - I keep getting a generic email saying items dispatched but I am unable to track. I sent a complaint email and requested refund but after looking at all the other reviews that they have not received refunds after weeks I have contacted my bank. I will be reporting this website.”
