“After two weeks I emailed to find out where my order was and was told it had just been prepared (didn’t believe that) and a further week later I emailed again saying I still had no order. I cancelled my order after saying I would be contacting my credit card company. It was cancelled without an apology or any effort put in to suggesting that they would look into where the order is. If that order had been processed and dispatched I would’ve received it. I’ll never use this company again. A pity as they had been recommended.”

“Should have read the reviews on here first. An American voiced message answers on phoning them during their office hours, and no one gets back to you. I ordered dog food in good time before running out on 11th May, and got concerned after a few days when the message against my ordered read unfulfilled. I messaged them 10 days later and was informed it was despatched. Well still not received any updates, or any dog food. From what I have read here, I have lost £55.00 paid for much needed dog food. So annoyed, I have now had to buy elsewhere.”

“THIS GUY TAKES YOUR MONEY WITH NO INTENTION OF SENDING THE GOODS. MANY BRANDS DON’T EVEN KNOW THEY ARE BEING OFFERED FOR SALE THROUGH THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“I placed an order over 1 month ago. Still haven't received my order. Contacted customer service, they say order is still to be processed through the warehouse and it's on the way. Rubbish! think I've been bumped. Don't know what going on with this company but save yourself the hassle and avoid!”

“I ordered goods on 24th April and they took my money immediately. It's now 19th May and the goods have still not been delivered. I emailed so many times and now asking for my money back. If you call their telephone number on the Shop app it says the number does not exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!”

“Absolutely shocking company 1* is by far way to generous for this company. Customer service is non existent avoid at all costs. My order which was placed 6 weeks ago has still not arrived having been promised 3 times it had been despatched, I then requested it be cancelled they confirmed said they would refund only to receive an email telling me it had been despatched 4 days later which I still haven't received. So still no order or refund!!!! Avoid this company like the plague like I wish I had”
