However, I later realized that it’s not just about DHL’s speed but also about NotaryPublic24’s efficiency, which seems to be lacking. I was informed that they would deliver the document to DHL only tomorrow, nearly four days after my initial payment—and that’s if it even happens. In hindsight, I should have chosen a local UK solicitor service. Unfortunately, I was persuaded by the “NotaryPublic24” name, assuming I’d receive prompt service. Instead, I paid nearly £131 for poor service, and now I can only hope the document gets delivered on time.”

I was planning to reorder my criminal record and send to a different apostille company. I can't trust this company any longer. Lawyer said he would tell his team to check. A few hours later, staff emailed me he got my criminal record.
Staff failed to check if my criminal record was delivered.
