“The product, Burt's Bees Lip Balm, Pink Grapefruit came up easily as that's what I searched for, but when I went to pay the postage of £3.99 had been selected and I had no option to accept it even though there were 4 options on the list when I checked Delivery Information. I was unable to select the Post Office at only £3.49. Not impressed with this as no information was given for the reasons why I couldn't choose.”

“Notino has good deals but I do think it's quite awful when you spend over £100/ £200 and still get charged for delivery. I find it so off putting, like come on guys we're in modern times..Surely you can find a delivery company to work alongside and make shipping free over £50 at least..For goodness sakes. Anyway apart from that prices aren't too bad, not always the cheapest so I always shop around first but it'll do for now.”

“I think you should make it more clear that you are adding postage as it's not till the very end of purchase that you find it's been added. I also found your free postage if I bought a L'Oreal product and the perfume didn't work either so I ended up not purchasing the item from L'OREAL and only the perfume.”

“I am happy with original price. Not too happy with paying £3.99 for delivery and £0.99 for delivery insurance. I've seen the same hair dyes on amazon 20p cheaper and free delivery. I'm also unsure if I will receive the free gift you offered, you ask for a promo code but that was impossible since you didn't ask for my email or phone number to send me a promo code.”

“Love the web design and products they use (It would be nice to have Oskia as well) but I am terribly disappointed with their shipping price. Purchases over a certain amount should be free and so should click and collect. Why do I have to pay the same for DPD and collection? I use this for large shopping, but when I need couple items each month I go somewhere else..”

“This is my first experience shopping with Notino. The product I was looking for was priced a bit lower than other sites however I am not happy paying the delivery charges. Most places in the UK do not charge a delivery fee specially for goods over £40 or £50 so I was unhappy paying a £3.99 for a product over £70. However if it is a company policy I can’t do much about it but I would be hesitant to use this company again.”

“good selection but even though I went through a page that promised free delivery for orders over £25- mine was £48- Only after I authorised payment did the invoice show I'd been charged for delivery- sneaky! not sure I'd buy from them again”
