At the price of the goods and the very light weight it is very unusual to be charging for delivery. Very disappointed.

what a waste of time, been 10 days since they gave me tracking number but nothing delivered yet. its better to call my bank about this fraud. and good luck trying to call or email their customer service.

Notino will not issue refunds within 14 days after receiving items back . Don’t reply to emails , had to escalate issue with my bank and dispute the payment.

Yes I did. I tried in vain to place this order well before the 24th of October as you had a discount code of ‘10notino’ available & due to another fault which was that the order was not accepting my postcode every time I was trying to put in my address details. I wasn’t also aware that the £6.99 express delivery ended last night when I was again having difficulty putting in my postcode as it wasn’t being recognised. So yes overall a bad very first experience! Even after speaking to two of your representatives over the phone to resolve the issues nothing came about. So have had to settle with an expensive order in regards to the actual item & delivery...it would have been cheaper for me on other websites selling at similar prices. Thanks for understanding.

I made a simple purchase and was then asked "to write a review". For what ? To say what? This is daft and time-wasting. If you shop at Tesco, they don't ask you to write a review when you pay at the checkout. This review business is becoming an obsession and is completely meaningless. One writes a review about a play or a book, not an everyday purchase.

I add £170+ worth of products to the basket - and am then asked to pay delivery on top?! Most companies have the decency to thank their customers for spending money by automatically giving free delivery on orders over, say, £60.

I have had terrible trouble with address information scrambling on the site and I am concerned my order will not arrive. The on line sales staff have not been helpful.

By no means use this company. I ordered over £400 of items for next day delivery before their cut off point and paid extra for this. Never got my delivery chased them for two days and just got told lies and more lies that they were missing one of the items, we have got it now its leaving today and then never received it. Called again spoke to someone else and after some more lies as to why the package had not left was told that because it was a high price order it had to be checked and this was why it was delayed and now that it had been checked it would be leaving the warehouse. Asked for the tracking number and the one they gave never existed and the excuse they gave me was that it had not left the warehouse just yet. We also send parcels and once you have generated a tracking number the delivery company can tell you that it has not yet been dispatched. I asked for a refund and demanded to wait on the phone while the email confirmation came through and this was also another waste of my time. Now they are saying that i have to wait 48 hours for my refund. Avoid at all cost pay the extra and order elsewhere. This company is based abroad and i was given lies that my refund would be delayed because they were abroad but i pointed them to their own website which shows they have a UK address on there very suspicious

I was promised that my parcel would arrive on June 8th. I have sent numerous emails to ask what has happened and they have not replied to any. They were quick enough to take my money.

Bought a wella creatine curl perm thinking it would come with the neutraliser and pre cream in a box as it is normally sold, but no just the perm out of the box arrived, ridiculous!! You need to make it clearer on your website

Adding delivery charge on final checkout, just be honest and upfront with charges. If this had shown earlier in process l would have ordered multiple items, very disappointing.

This is the worst and fake company ever. I received my order on the 25th of April 2020 only to find out they expired in 2020 and my daughter reacted on her skin. Notino is fake company, it should not be trading at all selling products

First and last time I will be ordering from this company. Both my bottles of hair oil appeared to be second hand. The exterior was covered in oil, the bottles were different weights and when I poured the contents of each into their own glass to investigate, one was half full.

I ordered the Dior Oud Ispahan as a gift for my husband. There was no damage to the packing when it was delivered in or the plastic packing it was wrapped in. I gave it to my husband he opened it in front of me and our 4 children and when he took it out of the packaging and box there was no top on the bottle and hardly any contents in the bottle! My husband and children thought I was playing a prank on them! I was so shocked so I emailed Notino to inform them and after sending them pictures they came back to me and said we can not refund or send you a replacement because the weight of the package was correct when it left our warehouse and when it was delivered by DPD. So I’ve paid £175.00 for an empty bottle so before you order any perfumes or aftershaves from them think twice! Next time you order anything online and are about to open it make sure you record it because the company will not believe you that you have received a damaged item or in my case an empty bottle! Worst experience ever!

Notino sent me watered down L'Oréal extraordinary oil and a L'Oreal hair colour that just doesn't seem right. The developer had a really strange smell. I have been using both products for a long time so I know them very well. Notino wants me to send the products back which I have no intention of doing. I have reported them to L'Oreal and will take out a PayPal case against them. Do not trust them. Do not buy from them.

DO NOT BUY SCAM I purchased 2 perfumes from Notino, paid for a 24h delivery (orders 9510874826, 9510867740) 9 days later Notino has lost my parcels. Denying me any refund to my money (over a £100). Denying me replacements. Denying me any accurate tracking information to where my parcels are. Denying me any contact with any managers or supervisors. And since Notino failed to follow up, I had to contact Parcelforce, who are telling me they will have to wait for the van driver to return to work - they don’t know when - so they can interview him and find out where he took the parcels (the delivery says delivered to post office but doesn’t say which one - my area post offices are closed since before the delivery, notino were informed of this before the delivery ever took place). I was promised to have a supervisor contact me, which of course never happened. Now I am short over a £100 I am being denied any solutions or even contact with any supervisors. I will be updating this post with the link to trustpilot post with all the screenshots for all my communications with notino including dates and times and failed promises. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Had my parcel delivered today fake ck one what looked like a tester size on face cream and bio oil doesn’t look that good either !!! £50 down the drain !!! Not happy !!! Only just seen the reviews 😡😡
