“Very good place for toiletries and fragrances,some of the fragrances are cheaper then other retailers or high street shops,but some of them are a bit expensive so you need to keep an eye on website an hunt a bargain. I’m buying from them over 10 years and all that I can say are 100% legit and wonderful customer service. Thank you very much for your service!”

“By no means use this company. I ordered over £400 of items for next day delivery before their cut off point and paid extra for this. Never got my delivery chased them for two days and just got told lies and more lies that they were missing one of the items, we have got it now its leaving today and then never received it. Called again spoke to someone else and after some more lies as to why the package had not left was told that because it was a high price order it had to be checked and this was why it was delayed and now that it had been checked it would be leaving the warehouse. Asked for the tracking number and the one they gave never existed and the excuse they gave me was that it had not left the warehouse just yet. We also send parcels and once you have generated a tracking number the delivery company can tell you that it has not yet been dispatched. I asked for a refund and demanded to wait on the phone while the email confirmation came through and this was also another waste of my time. Now they are saying that i have to wait 48 hours for my refund. Avoid at all cost pay the extra and order elsewhere. This company is based abroad and i was given lies that my refund would be delayed because they were abroad but i pointed them to their own website which shows they have a UK address on there very suspicious”

“I used to be buying from Notino in Czech Republic and I was pleased to find out that I can continue here in the UK. Always so happy with purchase, they never did a mistake and I also had my first refund and it was so easy and fast, that it's almost hard to believe. I just love you guys :)”

“This is the place to get full bottles when they go on sale. However, there are issues with: 1) Parcel Force delivery in lockdown, when they give you delivery date and time and fail those chronically, 2) Perfume samples often come half-empty or altogether empty. I ordered three times, twice they came nearly 1 ml instead of 2ml, for which I only received partial refund of £4.00 (for the whole lot). For the third time around, the bottle of Rania J Oud Assam arrived empty and I just gave up. So, do not buy samples from Notino unless you like gambling or have time to hussle your refund through.”

“I like Notino,a lot.The products arrive quikly. The only think that i don t like is the they don t provide free delivery when you order more then 20£ or 30£. It is a little bit sad. But even like that it is a verh good company.”
