“I've always had great advice and top quality products from these guys! They've even been able to get spare parts for my early 2000 Yamaha Stage Custom Kit and provide tips on tuning and drum care. Many thanks for your help guys!”

“I ordered an Andante Tenor Drum and was told delivery would be approx 6 weeks. The Drum Centre phoned me and said drum now ready,after the 6 week delivery promised.I was asked what delivery day suited me,and it was delivered when I asked for it very quickly. I am most pleased with this service and politeness and the help given to me and will surely recommend the Drum Centre to anyone wanting good,quick and efficient service, Regards, Jocky”

“I actually didn't make a purchase, the item I wanted is sold out, but, I spoke to a very nice man called Mark, and he is going to let me know when the item is back in stock....it seems to me that nothing is too much trouble for these folk at The Nottingham Drum and Guitar Centre!! When my item is in stock and I go to purchase it, Mark will play said item so that I can hear it played, we need to get the sound and feel of any instrument before we buy, I know this will be no trouble to Mark or whoever I may see.... I look forward to when I can purchase something, I am absolutely sure that whoever I see in the shop will be very courteous and helpful to me. Thank you for being so nice and thank you in anticipation for helping me when I arrive!! Best wishes to you all. Christine Fisher.”

“I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for the very efficient service in m recent purchase of some Hardcase drum boxes (ordered Tuesday this week). There was a technical problem with ordering online, so I phoned and received excellent service as well as the best prices I could find anywhere. As explained to me over the phone, the goods arrived within the time slot given by the courier, some 48 hours after placing the order and I was very impressed with the whole process. Will happily use your store again in future.”

“I play the snare for Nottinghams Corps Of Drum , and use KP2 sticks. My old sticks were battered and I needed some new ones, I ordered my old ones from a random shop and it took nearly two weeks for them to be delivered! But the sticks I ordered from this site took less than two days! I would recommend it!!”

“Can't say enough good things about the team and my experience with Nottingham drum and guitar centre They really helped me with everything I needed. And they allowed me time to play some drum kits and be perfectly happy with my purchase. (Even though it was New Years eve and near closing time). The delivery was prompt and all arrived in one piece, I was a bit concerned as I live in Southampton but all was fine and packaged very well. I thoroughly recommend them if your looking to purchase your chosen instrument. Would shop there again. Ryan”
