“After searching high and low for a remote foot pedal for my Cajon, I finally tracked one down at the Nottingham Drum & Guitar Centre. However I needed it within 24 hours for a gig. The team at the store could not have been more helpful; they called the courier to make sure they could deliver the item to me in Portsmouth the following day and promptly called me back to confirm it. In less than 24 hours from my call, the LP foot pedal was in my hands and used at the gig that evening. Great service, great staff and a great product. Many thanks for all your assistance.”

“The service I had from the Drum and Guitar Centre was really excellent - not only polite and cheery at all times, but focused on putting right the fault with my drum kit with complete determination. They rang me to report on any updates, and put in hours of exploratory work, and then when it was all solved the charge was more than reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting excellent, committed and friendly service. In fact, I've been singing their praises to my friends ever since!”

“Wonderful services as always from the Guitar and Drum centre. I usually go in store but was unable to for my most recent purchase so I did this online. They were very helpful and responded to my email within a few hours which was a lot quicker than expected. All around brilliant service, would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely amazing service by Jack (Drum Dept). I'm an intermediate drummer, looking to upgrade to a Roland TD25KV. Jack spent 4 hrs meticulously answering my questions, demonstrating the kit and then going over and above in personalising it to my requirements. Purchased additional items as part of Jack's recommendations relevant to my needs. Outstanding! Like me, you should only shop here with Jack and Andy, both excellent. “Staff are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. The first time I visited I wanted a bit of advice on E-kits, I was going to buy a TD-15 but was told that a new model will be coming out to replace it very soon. So we thought it would be better to buy the new version rather than one thats been out a few years. They emailed me as soon as the first one cam through the door, and I picked it up the same day with no hassle. Kieran”

“I visited Nottingham Drum and Guitar Centre twice when choosing a new drum kit, once for an initial recce and then to back to make a final decision. The level of help and expertise was extremely impressive on both occasions. They listened to what I wanted and helped me choose the right kit, hardware and cases to meet my needs. No hard selling, just good advice. Having played drums for 45 years, I've been round more than my fair share of drum stores and can say without doubt that this is the best service I have had and all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was right too. Their selection of kits and percussion is also one of the best I have come across. I shall be back every time I need any more gear.”

“Excellent service when I purchased a hard case for my bass guitar today. Have tried for over a year to find a suitable case and after contacting the Drum and Guitar Centre, they advised me to bring my "hybrid" instrument in and they were able to sort me out on-the-spot with a case that was a perfect fit and at a reasonable price. Will certainly use them again.”

“As a left hander I often find it difficult to try out guitars before buying them. However not only did the Nottingham Drum and Guitar centre have lefthanders in stock they also had the model I was looking for. After trying it out I was able to order the Telecaster I was looking for. They were exceptionally competitive with the price and my guitar arrived within a week of order. Fantastic customer service and from a local independent to boot. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“Visited the shop to get some information on Cajon's and was very impressed with the knowledge and range in store that I bought one.After a few day I decided to get a gig bag and used there web site,which I found easy to navigate and found just what I wanted.My purchase arrived in two days well packaged,another great purchase from the store,and would highly recommend it.”

“Nottingham Drum and Guitar Centre recently helped me obtain a replacement spare part for my electronic drum kit under warranty. They were efficient and speedy at replacing the part which meant I could get back to my drumming quicker than anticipated. At all time they kept me informed and were courteous and polite. I think their level of customer service was exemplary and I would like to see more of it from the other shops and services I visit! Thank you.”

“I'm a professional drummer, currently on a UK & USA tour with Robin Trower. Nottingham Drum & Guitar Centre is always my first, if not only port of call. These guys know more about my gear than I do, & equally treat the first time buyer with as much kudos, & respect as they treat me. With their enviable knowledge & warm impartial advice, I simply can't count the amount of times they've got me out of a sticky problem whilst on tour, so much so, I rarely accept endorsements.
