“Nourish’d used to be fantastic!
Latest orders have had things added that were not ordered (drinks x3, but only one delivered), meals replaced with something on the “not for me list”, and the week prior, one of the 3 drinks ordered did not arrive (this weeks drink of the three I did not order, was not a replacement for the one missing the week prior - it was a different drink.)
When attempting to call, I’ve had calls just cut out or the line so average I cannot hear your team member.
NDIS client - specific needs - and at home with COVID alone - I simply don’t have the capacity to be chasing this around - nor is it fair to the NDIS who are paying their portion. I am now short a meal - and whilst I appreciate a credit - real world scenario, I cannot simply go and replace. This means getting my one support worker, or my OT, to drive out of their way, outside of their hours with me, to get a pre prepared meal for me (as I cannot cook, and they cannot be in the house with me - COVID.) This doing away with the whole purpose of Nourish’d for me.
Call to me was returned. Cuts out again. Thankfully your team member didn’t quit trying to sort it out!
You used to communicate with us on these things. Always someone available to problem solve. You used to be people oriented. The person who helped me today was great (when the calls worked). I truly hope you have not become a company that cares more about whatever brings in the most money, rather than delivering to meet needs. To learn it’s now a three week rotation, and the few of the meals I can have comfortably are not in one of those weeks, and also not always assured to be supplied… is concerning. Also no longer the milk to go with the Paleo Muesli.
Now I have to approach NDIS to get a whole new quote and approval for another company if this can’t work :(
Not helpful for disability scenario.
Customer service not at fault. No complaints from me with them - they were incredibly patient and tried very hard.
Not a short review; required none the less.”
“I will never buy from nourish'd again. They make it so hard to cancel or pause membership. Don't get alerts when it's about to activate again. I paused it and still got charged for the meals .. again. 3rd time thats happened to me. Also sick of one 2 exact same meals, one having a handful of chicken the other having one tiny piece.”
“The food was pretty average and the portions were terrible. The tiny amount of beef in my beef stew was pretty embarrassing for you guys to be honest. For the amount I paid I expected much better. Flavour was okay.”
“They are frozen meals. That should say it all. For their price I would expect higher quality. Avoid anything with chicken. The curried sausages are awful. Some of the meals are edible but you have to select carefully.”
“Nourish meals are limited and repetitive. They are unsatisfying, not as a reflection of portions, which are small, but because they are unattractive and provide a limited range of tastes and textures. After a few weeks my stomach churned at the sight of the food. Interestingly, I ended up in hospital with issues they believe are related to improper nutrition. So -- eat Nourish'd, end up in hospital.”
“If I’m being completely honest, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of food. I spent approx $120 or so on 10 meals and it was disappointing. Idk if they are all like this or if I got a bad batch, but I wasn’t happy. One of the lamb meals had more fat on it than protein with like 4 green beans (and some mashed potato). The meals certainly did not look like their photos…”
“Very overpriced compared to similar.. some of the meals are so gross actually made me gag and I’m not very fussy. Glad I’ve finished my vouchers for them now”
“The quality of food and deteriorated along with the selection of meals per week, I used to enjoy the meals but now I do not, the meat is really poor quality especially lamb shanks and beef, the flavors are no longer appealing & delivery of all items ordered along with having box delivered to my front door is not possible consistently and I am often left without items and searching for my box of food in the pouring rain. I am looking elsewhere for an NDIS food delivery service.”
“I don't think you'll want to read this review but I'll tell you anyway. It was the WORST food I've had from any delivery service company. The foods were often overcooked and not very tasty. The chicken we got was of good quality so we were happy with that, but that's all we liked. I'm afraid to say that I would never buy off you again.
Thank you
Annie”
“I have canceled this order twice now and still received it.
Up until now I was happy with the service. But needed a break. But to have it delivered twice after I have canceled the order is extremely frustrating. I will be seeking a refund.”
“twice I've tried to hold my account, and twice its charged me!! some one better contact me right away!, also absolutly sick of eating chicken curry with one or 2 bits of chicken in them, actually had 2 meals come with zero chicken.”
